my girlfriend and i were in burke for a little while and decided to stop in to grab a drink. we always carry reusable bags and put our items in them while walking around and then take them out to pay at the register. we’re extra card plus members and go to cvs at least once a week and do this every single time, never had an issue with it at our normal store. (plus most people in our area do this).
here’s the bad part, i was adding our drinks to the bag and the employee (not sure her name. was an older black woman) stared at me doing so which i didn’t try to hide that i put them in there. she then walked into the security camera room and my girlfriend and i kept browsing for a minute. once we got to the self checkout we took out our items, and the lady confronted us about putting something in our bag because she saw us. i told her yes we put the drinks in the bag, she said what drinks, and i held up the two bottles that she literally watched me put in there. she then yelled at us saying that we need to use a cart and not put things in our bag. i’m really not sure why she was being so rude and genuinely yelling at us when we paid for the drinks we put in there. the store seemed nice and well stocked, just was not a nice employee working.

If I could give a zero, I would. Couldn't find anyone to help. Had to go to pharmacy to have them call someone. Extra Care coupon machine was broken. Won't go back to this location at all.

I recently interacted with the store manager at this CVS location, and I was blown away by their exceptional service! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Their professionalism and courtesy made a huge difference, and I left the store feeling valued and satisfied. Kudos to the manager for providing top-notch customer service! I'll definitely be back to this CVS location again.

My main reason for coming to this location is the pharmacy staff under the direction of your main pharmacist. She always works so hard and always incredibly busy assisting the team and the clients. I am sure that it is very hard to do day in and day out but she does it with a smile and kindness. Today she gave me the covid shot and did so while being pleasant, accommodating and caring. Thank you!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Manager who looks to be Ethiopian profiles customers. Even when it’s obvious, they are planning on buying items.

Terrible customer service. No employees were visible in the entire store the day after Christmas. I even tried calling with no answer. The pharmacy was also closed. Very disappointed.

The Staff at this CVS store are extremely nice. They welcome you and help you if needed. I recommend this CVS store because of its professional staff and kindness.

Had a horrible experience while trying to have a passport picture. The worse part is that it wasn’t from the actual employee who was very helpful by trying to help us take a passport picture for our 1 year old. It was the manager who had a terrible attitude. He told his employee in front of us that taking baby passport pictures take too long and it’s unacceptable and he went ahead and told us to take the picture home with an app and to come back to print it here … now looking at the reviews..this same manager had had other complaints as well. Clearly doesn’t know customer service. Super disappointed. Will never come back here

Bunch of inconsiderate morons work at this store. Five people behind the pharmacy counter and no one to help you. Front of store managed by a man who takes UPS medical packages and just throws them there without giving you a tracking number. You call, someone answers after endless ringing and as you ask the question, dead silence because they have simply disconnected you so as not to speak with you. You call back and they have taken the phone off the hook and you can’t connect to speak to someone. Should all be fired.

Let's be honest, this one's in a busy area. The Old Keene Mill, Burke Center and Fairfax County Parkway cab be a cluster. Please do be mindful of non drivers. This dilapidated and old shopping center, and how you drive it, needs to be updated asap. Am I glad it's here? Yes as an urgent care I visit is just down the street. I like this convenience, especially if not feeling great. A really nice pharmacy team at this store. The other employees seem friendly, but my best guess is they are understaffed. Self checkouts have helped. The option of not printing out million mile long receipts was a smart decision. I also like that this and all CVS's, stopped selling tobacco products. That goes with healthy decisions. This one is well stocked, and clean along with being organized.

The manager that works there, an older gentleman who looks to be African or African American, provides the worst customer service. Everytime I shop there he starts profiling. I rarely shop at this location but on every occasion, he has followed me around and uncomfortable amount of times, pretending to ask if I need help, and even pretending to fix something. He’s done this since the first time I visited. I’ve always made sure to make it obvious that I pay. He has no reason to act that suspicious. I highly suspect it’s profiling, and he needs to be evaluated for his performance. Very pathetic of him.
