I recently had to get my car fixed due to some damage and booked a car through my insurance with this Enterprise location. I have rented many cars over the years and this was probably my best experience yet. First off, they had a driver pick me up from the collision center I was working with to fix my car and drove me to the Enterprise office to get my rental car - the driver was such a nice guy! When I got into the office, I waited a few minutes and was able to get into my car quickly and with no issues. The car was cleaned and detailed perfectly and had no issues. When returning the car, it was fast process and each of the other employees I worked with at that time were friendly, cared about my experience and also helped get me back to the collision center to pick up my car.
If I ever need to rent another vehicle in this area, I will absolutely use this location again!

Best costumer service I’ve ever had! Kevyn and Parker were so friendly and helpful. They got us into a car in under two hours even with our last minute reservation! I appreciate the workers at this location

We've used this location several times of the past 3 months due to issues with our primary vehicle, and every time, the staff was more than accommodating.
We had zero issues with pick ups, during the rental periods, or during the turn in process. The staff kept us informed and did their best to be respectful of our time and get us in and out.
Whether a vehicle is need for the short term or a longer period, they can definitely take care of you in a competent and professional manner.
If I need a rental again, I will definitely be returning.

The Burke Va enterprise location provides excellent service. The cars are clean and I get free upgrades if available. The staff is professional friendly and prompt. I will continue to use this location, not only for the convenience but also the amazing customer service

My Burke Virginia Enterprise team is always great. Unlike other car rental places they are the only ones who make sure you have the car and they are always nice and professional.

Personnel are courteous and work to meet customer requests. Cars are clean and well maintained. I rent for personal travel and this is may go-to office.

This particular Enterprise Rent a Car location is a scam. I booked a premium suv via Costco but this location called me and said that they don’t have the SUV just because they didn’t want to give a premium SUV at Costco rate. The guy who called said that they can give a smaller SUV for the same rate, these guys think customers are stupid. Never going to rent from this particular location.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise Burke and was pleasantly assisted by Parker. Parker's professionalism was evident from the moment I arrived. He was quick, always smiling, and went above and beyond to help me. His commitment to assisting customers was clear, and he made every effort to meet all of my needs efficiently and cheerfully. Parker provides excellent customer service at Enterprise, and I highly recommend him!

Every time I rent from this office, I am beyond pleased. Parker and Collin helped me this last time and were so kind when I had trouble getting my card to work. I also witnessed Parker assisting an elderly couple who didn't speak English with their rental. He had the translator app out and everything, and somehow successfully explained liability insurance to them this way. Cars were clean, A+.
