To the support. Tra was her name. I called yesterday from overseas, active military to ask question about my military move next month and options for my furniture and boxes. I won't have to to move in my house, due to work but I feel comfortable now to use Extra Space Storage... This final move has be stressed, but her answers awarded me peace of mind. Thank you again! I have been dealing w many facilities trying to find the right fit! I must say staff here is very personable! The agent who I spoke with was great w assisting me and tra at the local facility even better ! Definitely look forward to working with her and the team there !

I've used the climate control units at Burke, VA, Extra Space Storage location for several years. This facility is easy to access and the grounds and interior of the building are very clean and have no odors in the building. I have never had any issues with accessing my storage unit or any damage to any of my stored items. Raul at the office was so very personable and helpful with any questions and advising in my recent decision to change the size/type unit to best meet my current needs and the best location within the building based on what is to be placed in storage. I have always been given peace of mind that my items are safe. Highly recommend!!
