I went in just for a full set gel color. The lady who did my nails, Vivian, was extremely condescending the entire time. Not sure if she was already in a bad mood, but it was clear she seemed very bothered about doing my nails. She rushed through the process and was aggressive when working on them. In the end, the results look like the nails already have 2 weeks of wear, since she didn’t cut my cuticles or polish the top base of my nails. My first time having a bad experience here. I know now NOT to have my nails done by Vivian if I ever decide to come back. The photos will show her work. I wouldn’t go to Vivian if you want a better experience. I’ve had my nails done there in the past by other nail technicians who had a much better attitude and workmanship. This was not worth $56.

Went to get a mani/pedi, but changed to only a mani because the 10 minute wait became a 30 minute wait. The tech was rushing through my nails and while cleaning my cuticles, she badly cut the corner of my cuticle on my thumb - enough so that it bled the rest of the appointment. The color she did was very pretty, but the gel has already chipped on 2 of the nails in less than a week of having them done. The top coat is also significantly thicker in some spots than others. As a whole, disappointing given the other reviews I’d read before going and I will have to find a new location further from home.

One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to. Super clean, friendly, and fast without feeling rushed. Ask for Vivian if you want the best massage during your pedicure.

I went in to remove fake gel nails and get a white color on my natural nails afterwards, but the end result was terrible. Within minutes after leaving, and lots of time drying, one nail was totally destroyed after simply buckling my seatbelt! The other nails were messy, with spots unpainted and polish ob my fingers. I also asked for an almond shape, yet I received a small oval… would not recommend!

This is now my third visit to the salon, and I must say I am genuinely impressed with the warm welcome I receive each time. The quality of the work is outstanding, particularly the dip manicure, which looks incredibly natural and doesn’t have that chalky appearance that I've encountered at other places.
I've been on a quest, trying numerous salons in search of a dip that not only appears natural but is also durable, and so far, this salon has exceeded my expectations. During my previous visits, I was fortunate to have Christina as my technician, and I was initially hesitant about seeing someone else. However, Ann completely blew my mind with her technique. She was not only skilled but also exceptionally kind and attentive. She took great care in addressing my ingrown nail, ensuring that I left with perfect-looking hands.
I’m already looking forward to my next appointment, where I can’t wait to choose a new color for my nails. It's always a pleasure to visit this salon!

Jay did a fantastic job with my nails, plus the great conversation and the genuine interest in the stuff we talked about. I will definitely come back for my pedicure! Mu daughter had Cathy and also was greatly satisfied.

I’ve been coming to fancy nails for about 4 years and it is the best. Everyone is professional, kind and I am leave with beautiful nails. I bring my daughter sometimes to get her nails painted and they are very sweet to her.

I will give this salon a 5 for their services, and a 4 for their snotty clientele. Ann was excellent. However, I had to bring my high functioning autistic son with me. And he was a little unruly but quite good for him. He was just fascinated by the ladies having their nails done and took a photo of the ladies having their nails done.. When I told him to cut it out, he did.
One younger client lady got really mad that he took a photo, even though her mother, in the chair next to me, was really nice and understanding. And then another client was a bit nasty to me too. And I speak some Vietnamese and the other Vietnamese ladies were yelling at my nail tech Ann, and telling her to hurry up and get done with me. I get it but, anyway. Good shop but I will never go there again, for obvious reasons. I gave Ann a big tip, because she was great. I will just go to My Nails in Burke from now; those ladies, and their clientele are a lot more easy going. Like I said, I get it but, in my opinion, people should be a little more understanding when it comes to kids with autism.

Great service, great prices, and lots of color options. Store is clean and well-maintained. Some of the best prices in the area. My acrylic gel manicure lasted over two weeks without chips or the acrylic loosening!! My new go-to spot!

I alway have Jay do my nails and she is soooo good. I usually get gel or sometimes bring my own polish and the longevity of her work is *Chef's kiss* perfect. My nails and the polish survived 7 days at disney world and only got ONE chip in the polish. Awesome.

I went to get my prom nails done with Jay and they are PERFECT!! I love them so much. Jay was very efficient and really nice. I will definitely be coming back :)

Had muy nails done, they were OK but two days later they start lifting,, they said it happens, but I don’t think so,I have my nails done in other places in the last up to 10 days or more

The cleanest and friendliest nail salon I've ever been to in my entire life. I was so tired from work stress that I kept falling asleep during the mani and pedicure. The staff gave me a heated neck pillow and allowed me to rest during the service. My nails turned out great too!
