We first met our Halo family a few months ago when our boys tried the Youth Strength and Conditioning class. They absolutely love it and have become so much stronger and faster. You can really tell the difference it has made in their sports performance by going twice a week and other people have noticed as well. Coach Jason is always challenging them and also making it fun, like adding in a sled that they need to push and pull or throwing a heavy medicine ball down to the ground. I can tell he puts in a lot of time and effort in designing the workouts including how the equipment is laid out in that gym area too. He changes it every day. Everything is always ran so smoothly…they move from one station to the other without wasting any time. I love that he’s always watching their form as well and tweaking where it’s needed. The other coach who helps in the class also does all that, but Jason is the main coach. ? Starting them young is so important and I am so glad we found this class for them.Working out is very important in our family which leads me into how my husband and I got hooked. We had been doing Crossfit-ish workouts in our home garage for over 10 years and that worked for us and our schedule. But when they said they offered Crossfit classes DURING the boys’ class times, we tried it and we loved it. So smart of Halo! Now we go at least 3 times a week. It’s hard not being able to go on certain days due to our schedule because the WOD looks like a really good one…major FOMO those days. The coaches are all amazing. They are motivating no matter what level you are on and are always walking around during the workout encouraging you and helping with form. The workouts are very challenging but doable because the coaches always explain different scaling options. The first few minutes of the class is when they go over the workout and demonstrate each movement. I love the video demonstrations that they show of each movement during the WOD too. My husband and I can feel that we are stronger than we were before starting at Crossfit 703 and highly recommend everyone to give it a try. The Halo/Crossfit 703 community is so inviting and you’ll never want to leave.

I joined halo after years of not doing any strength training. The coaches have been so encouraging and helpful, and I have seen significant growth in my strength in the last 6 months!

The Halo Experience truly is an experience! The size of the gym is great and the equipment is well maintained. I do the Peak circuit workout and like the variety of the workout. The Coaches are committed to the success of the members so they are always willing to answer questions about form or ways to modify the moves to maximize your results.

Very welcoming place to get/keep in shape and a great community to be involved with.Low motivation to workout and a friend has been speaking highly of Halo so I decided to give it a try. From my first contact, the people have been very helpful and communicative. Workouts are instructed and instructors are extremely helpful as there is a short learning curve to understand acronyms and, most importantly, techique. Very happy with my decision to engage. Recommend giving it a tryout to see for yourself!

Fantastic gym! Members range from serious crossfit athletes to beginners, so it's easy to feel welcome regardless of your experience. Trainers/coches are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a good spread of class times to make it convenient to go.

Awesome community and super friendly staff. My son is taking the youth classes and has really enjoyed learning the different exercises and challenging himself each week. The variation in the adult peak classes keeps the workouts fun and challenging. The instructors are motivating and help whenever you aren't sure what to do and members of all different fitness levels are made to feel welcome. Highly recommend giving them a try.

I used to go to F45 and it is fantastic, but Halo Fitness is definitely the better workout for me. I've gained more strength in the couple months working out at Halo Fitness than I did in all my time at F45. It's also cheaper.

Loved my Halo Fitness class experience! I attended Peak and it was a challenging but fun workout. Looking forward to going back! I visited them as a Class Pass member and I think the class was a great value for the price and quality of workout.

I am so happy I joined this gym that is focused on inclusivity and ensuring each member has a great experience! Dan, the owner, was a tremendous help in making sure I understood all of the membership options and giving me a tour once I joined. I love the peak class and never have an issue signing up for a class or worrying about availability. The class is innovative and includes a variety of cardio and strength for a great wholistic workout. Also- the music they play is great!!

My 2.5 y/o started coming to Halo on weekends in the Fall of 2022 for their Little Stars class (which has since been combined with CrossFit Kids). When we started we were basically just going through all the motions with him bc he had only been walking for a few months. He still needs assistance, but he’s able to do modified versions of whatever the big kids do in class.I think it has really helped with his balance and agility, and it has been so fun to watch him progress. He can now do forward rolls, burpees, air squats, dead hangs, etc. on his own — none of which he knew how to do when we started. The older kids are also really great about helping him and cheering for/hyping him up. It’s super cute how excited he is about seeing his friends and Coach Kriszti every week.

I’ve been a member for a few years and love CrossFit so much. The community at Halo is incredible and very supportive of one another. My teenage son has recently started coming to the CrossFit classes and is making great progress. He is now motivated to get pull-ups, try wall walks, and get stronger at the weightlifting movements.

I have been considering joining a gym for a while, and I recently joined HALO fitness after struggling to stay motivated with home workouts for the past few years. I’ve been doing the peak workouts, and I love the circuits, and that they are different day by day, it keeps me engaged. I can go, do my work out, and leave knowing I did what I needed to do to complete the workout, but can stay and do extra work if I want. Everyone is do warm and supportive also. I’m do glad I invested in myself!
