Little hastle with emergent situations like falling trees/mass snow in the past couple years. Invalid hours consistently listed on google. I submit updates and they're always changed back, yet when I try the changed back hours they are closed.

A small pond filled with wild life, from turtles sunbathing to ducks swimming. There is also a large single bird that hangs around here. The are has two places where you can sit and relax and a large open field if you want to have a picnic .

I love living here. From the lake to the playgrounds to the swim team to the wonderful community of neighbors, it's a great place to live and a great place to raise children.

Leaving a one star because the towing policy is horrid and has cost the residents in our cul-de-sac alone well over $3k since initiation. The policy is completely unnecessary and they could at least put protections in for homeowners- but they don't. You get towed from your own home? Expect to pay the maximum legal price..plus whatever additional random fines they can come up with to tack on. I don't know a single person even slightly in favor of the policy. I have had my car towed while parallel parked behind MY OWN SPOTS bringing in groceries with my infant and toddler. Various neighbors have had the exact same experience. ONE WAS STILL IN HER VAN AND THEY REFUSED TO UNHINGE HER CAR UNLESS SHE PAID $50. THE WHOLE CUL-DE-SAC CAME OUT TO STAND AROUND HER VAN AND ONLY AFTER 45 MIN OF EVERYONE INSISTING HE LEAVE DID THE A** HOLE FINALLY GO. They wait like vultures on the corner, knowingly preying on homeowners, for a quick buck. Not only are they a complete nuisance, they are incredibly loud. They come through every few hours at night, literally waking me up out of my sleep, and they are speeding through the neighborhood posing a risk to the various residents who often walk pets at night. It's incredible to me that the association is allowing this madness to continue.

These people actually get no stars from me but I couldn't post without at least one. Their shoddy notification processes have gotten my car towed not once but twice since July. The year sticker needs to be changed on the visitor parking placard but they can't be bothered to send out some kind of verification so residents don't miss important policies or revisions to said policies. They are not consistent from year to year when the new stickers come out. I bit the bullet on the first tow fee but I'm not biting again. They poked the wrong bear.
