bought 2 propane tanks. the employee who unlocked the propane tank box expected my elderly mother to carry two tanks herself to the car. horrible service.

Third time the Burke VA Walmart has failed to deliver my order via "store delivery" which doesn't include the $7.95-$9.95 delivery fee and $7+ driver tip. I will NEVER order from this store again! In fact, I haven't been in this store in over a year due to the fact that so many times I can't find items where they should be located and when you ask an employee where the item is now located, they have no idea. This is the worst Walmart I've ever had the misfortune of patronizing.

They never answer the phones so you'll never be able to ask questions without going to the physical store location. The store manager Mohammed is completely unprofessional and rude. He will not help you and does not care enough to offer the most basic customer service. It's filthy inside, but hey, isn't every Wal Mart? If you'd like your questions answered in English, good luck! Most of the employees don't speak it. Just go to Target. It's right next door.

This Walmart location is not bad at all. It was clean. The bathrooms were pretty good and floors were shiny. There were some disorganized places such as different sized clothes on the same rack. The employees are very polite and helpful. Their service is satisfactory. The atmosphere was very good because the staff were polite. It is also accessible. There are parking spaces and stalls. They care about all customers there. If there is a Walmart location to go. It is this one.

I was wasted my gas money driving out of my way to make a return. Apparently you cannot make returns within an hour of closing. Infuriating nonsense.

Man, does the place do customer service right! On September 1, I rushed to this Walmart with my infant for a smoke alarm and bought a 9v battery. I left it inside and didn't remember until in the car. I didn't want to go back inside, through the rain, with my infant because it was dumping rain from Hurricane Ida remnants. So I called the customer service line and asked if they would check the register checkout #2 for the battery. Sure enough, in 5 minutes, a Walmart employee (with a cane) no less brought the battery to the outside entrance where I had parked. I wish I had caught his name. Walmart, if you see this -- give this man a raise. He deserves it for outstanding customer service.

I was at Walmart a couple minutes ago I had gotten everything I needed and I was very exited to check out hoping Walmart would have Apple Pay when I got to the checkout I was shook at the fact that they did not I had to leave all my supplies there and walk away disappointed:(

Forces you to go around to the entrance and only allowes exiting from the other side. This Walmart has basically nothing fresh and it's useless. Staff seems bored out of their minds. You won't find what you need here. Spend your time elsewhere

Everyone is courteous and helpful except the Asian man who was helping with check out tonight . He won't give his name and took off his badge . I went to ask him if he could call someone to help me make some keys . He literally shooed me away with his hand stating there is a machine outside where I can make keys or I can go to customer service . I asked him to just call overhead for someone to come to the key department as the line in the customer service was long : He refused !! No he said we don't make keys . What kind of behavior or customer service is that !!!! I am appalled at this rude treatment to customers !!!

Haven't been to this one in a while and today was the reason why. No signs out front to direct people, the female started yelling at me for going in the "wrong direction," then another 3 people kept pointing me to locations in a random spot for the item I needed. Not even offering to walk me to it.

We love our local Walmart! It is always clean, well stocked and the staff is marvelous! It was recently remodeled and looks amazing! The checkout lines used to be very long but with the remodel they've added many new self checkouts and the lines are very short or non existent. Self checkout is usually a hassle but Walmart has one or two employees strolling the area ready and willing to help if something malfunctions or gets scanned twice! Overall this store is fantastic! I have had nothing but great experiences here!
