Low quality salon. Very rude staff, particularly the 'lead' tech Ann. Always has a nasty tone. Made a health department report due to unsanitary conditions.

Vivi did my pedicure and she was amazing. She was the sweetest person ever it was so fun talking to her and she made sure to make me feel comfortable she will always be the person to go to please go to her she definitely takes her time with you and makes sure everything’s perfect!!

Two of the nail technicians got into a very loud verbal argument and one of them came after the other one that was doing my toes. It was nearly an all out brawl. I’ll never go back and I’ll be sure no one I know will. Completely unprofessional.

I can’t speak on anyone else who works there but I can say that ViVi is the only person I trust with my pedicures and I request her every time! She’s the sweetest and really does the best job!!

Overpriced and rude never again! I rather do it myself…the only thing that was nice was the leg massage but with the rudeness and attitude from what seemed to be the manger like no thanks! Shocked this once hasn’t shut down yet

I want to love this salon and I keep trying but yesterday was the last straw for me. Tech dug too deep into nail bed, had to add some oil she pulled out of her drawer, to stop the bleeding.
Insisted that I was dry and seemed eager to send me out, only to discover that my toe was not dry and now it is smeared.
Disappointed and frustrated because I do not live in the area to go back to get toe polish fixed. 😡

ViVi Is the best she takes her time and listens to your request I’m new to the area and I definitely found my new nails tech 🙃😉
So I’m coming back too say not even a full week my nails are chipping which is unusual for gel polish hmmm….also a nail broke while I was reading with my child just having him follow my finger I’m so upset I will not be returning back NEVER EVER ! Sorry not sorry I spend money on my nails

I am definitely not coming back here, this place is dirty, and they don’t even sanitize the tools. At the counter Staff freely ask “how much will you tip me” which is ridiculous, it’s on the customer if they want to tip or not.

I mistook this salon for another I'd heard good things about. Unfortunately, going to the wrong salon was a big mistake. My teen and I stopped in for a quick basic manicure. The ladies were clearly offended by our request for a regular manicure without gel (sorry, we do not want to have the surface of our nails dremeled). After standing my ground, they provided a terrible and rushed manicure. They were outwardly frustrated with us, though we were quiet and compliant, allowing them to do their job. I'm almost certain Vi Vi made fun of my shirt. She was sloppy applying my polish. When I went to the drier, I accidentally bumped my thumb nail. She scolded me, a 42 year old woman, from across the store and snapped, "I told you to be careful!!" Instead of removing the polish, she touched it up, leaving a sloppy finish. Then she forced my hand under the drier where she wanted it and aggressively pressed my hand into the table, and snapped at me not to move it. Ann did my teen's mani. She cut her and made her bleed on multiple fingers, then told my daughter, "No cuticle!" My daughter said she then wiped her bleeding fingers with acetone. She said the cotton looked like it has dried blood and purple polish on it. When it was time to pay, I asked to change a $5 for $1s. Ann pretended to have a difficult time finding ones and tried handing me back a single $1. I clarified that I wanted 5 ones. She snapped at me, "Okay, Okay!!" It was my worst nail salon experience and I felt terrible taking my daughter to that place. What was supposed to be a relaxing bonding experience was an uncomfortable experience that you end up just laughing about because what else can you do?

The place was a little dirty. Also, I don’t think they sanitize all the pedicure’s tools after using it with people before you. I feel very disappointed and disgusted. I did manicure and pedicure gel. The price that show on the board was $53. However, when I about to pay, the lady said $73, and asked me directly on my face how much will I tipped her? Seriously?? I don’t mind paying $73, but you guys should update the most recent price on the board!!!, also that was rude to ask how much will I tipped. Honestly, They just loss one customer. I’ll never go back to this place again. The nails came out so untidy. It was the worst manicure I have done in my life. I would give zero star if I could.

Ann Ann ANN! Avoid her. She cut the cuticles too short for my mom's hand and one of her fingers ended up bleeding. She poured the alcohol over her finger and that was it! It's been four days and is still red and irritated. She got gel manicure done, and did not do a clean job either. When my mom asked her to clean around the nail, she simply told my mom to wash her hands.

I see their low rating and now I get it. So I go into the nail shop to get a LIP wax and the lady who is about to do my LIPS is finishing up a pedicure and massaging the client's legs. She performs the payment transaction and then walks back to wax my LIPS. When I ask her to please wash her hands, she gives me a mean stare. I repeat my request for her to wash her hands. She goes into the bath and runs water over her hands and uses NO soap. She did the lip wax, which was more plucking than waxing. Then I ask her to wax my chin. When she begins to pluck it instead, I told her no thank you. I paid her and left. Will never be back- UNSANITARY and poor customer service.

First and last time going here. The service was fast and I did a walk in, however the environment was not accommodating to my taste. The ladies talk way too much right next to you and they’re also loud. Two of them continued to upsell me on my pedicure. They also charge extra for soles and I’ve never seen that at any nail salon I’ve been to in the past. It’s normally included as part of the pedicure. Lastly, my pedicure turned out less than acceptable. The polish was thick and not applied well - she didn’t cover each nail; it dried poorly.
