I have a unit with a light in it. The light wasn’t working so I asked them to get it fixed. It took them six months to get it fixed. They had my key to get in and out so when they were done, my generator was gone actually it was stolen and they said they couldn’t replace it because it wasn’t broken into. It wasn’t broken into you guys had the key, I didn’t get a refund so just be careful when you let them in your unit with your key

I recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage Burke, and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Tommie. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude that immediately made me feel welcome.
The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate, but it was Tommie who made the experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend this Public Storage location, and I can’t thank [Employee’s Name] enough for making my storage rental experience smooth and stress-free!

My stuff got covered with white powdery stuff which was mold, the unit had a terrible smell, and a box was covered with mold. Unfortunately, the attendant said it looked like dust. He probably honestly did not know what mold looks like. Nonetheless, I lost several pieces of furniture, plus the contents of several boxes. If you ever encounter this problem, do not move anything until the insurance adjuster sees it. My kids took the moldy stuff out, therefore, I can't make a claim now. At any rate, it is their responsibility to maintain the units in good shape for their clientele. I will NEVER use this company again!!
Beware of Unit 3558 (5X10) which is the one that has active mold. Sad!

The place is very professional and clean, the clerk (Tommie) was amazing greeted me with respect, and helped me with the best of his ability to get the best deal possible. If anyone is looking for a storage unit ask for (Tommie) at public storage at burke. Amazing place to be.
