Very helpful, professional staff. Summer and Rosie were super helpful in advocating for me with my doctor’s office to get them to correct an error in the order, so that I could get the care I needed. Appreciate their time and patience-they were top notch!!

I used Quest for a test in October after my cardiologist dismissed my request. I was notified of my results by email. The next day, I received a phone call from one of your representatives ensuring I had received the lab report because the result was high. She also informed me I could speak with physician about those test results and arranged the call. Within 30 minutes the doctor called and spent about 20 minutes discussing my concerns and possible options to discuss with my PCM or cardiologist. The information from the test and the doctor empowered me to engage a new cardiologist for a second opinion. That single test for less than $100 may very well have saved my life. Thank you for having a great team that is easily accessible.

So many safety violations, I will never go there again. I’m surprised nobody closed this place down. Visit started with the tech typing things on the computer in the same gloves she used on the last patient. After she checked for the vain and started preparing the needle it was clear to me she had no intention of changing gloves, so I asked her to do so. She couldn’t draw blood from one arm, so she put the needle on the tray and reused the same needle on the other arm. She didn’t take off her gloves to finish administrative tasks on the computer for my daughter after she was done. I have huge regrets about taking my little one there. Not to mention the tech didn’t smile or say anything to my child to help her go through this experience.

I am writing this for ALL quest diagnostics. I came in for routine lab work a few months ago. I have two insurances. My primary paid and then my secondary was having issues because quest wrote down the wrong ID number so instead of contacting me (because I clearly have secondary insurance) they charge my credit card $240. I immediately call customer service when this happens and they tell me that my secondary insurance didn’t pay. I ask why and she says “oh it seems we wrote down the wrong ID number, I will re send the claim but I am unable to put a stop payment on your account”. A few weeks go by and I see my secondary finally paid quest. I have not seen any refunds to my account so I call quest yet again. They tell me my refund is pending on July 9th and that I’ll be receiving a check soon. Another 2 weeks go by and still nothing so I call again. I then was told it would be by direct deposit and that it takes 4-6 weeks to see the money refunded into my account. BULLSHIT. 5 1/2 weeks go by since July 9th and still no money so I call AGAIN and I was told the same thing that it is still pending. I say that this is unacceptable and she said she would expedite the refund. Now, almost 7 weeks later , I receive a check in the mail. HOWEVER , it is made out to my step dad instead of me. I am still under my step fathers primary insurance BUT I pay all my bills. The money quest took was under MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT, not my step dads. My step dads only affiliation with me is my primary insurance. I have never had issues with billing. My secondary insurance is under my spouse so if anything why the hell was it made out to my step dad and not ME or my husband?? I will not be coming back to this establishment. They are idiots and have unhelpful staff.

Somehow my reservation was not in the system but the staff was great. They asked me to take a seat and they would fit me in. I probably only waited 2-3 minutes. Couldn't be happier. Great job!
