Ross for clothes, some kitchen and home goods, and small electronics, saved us last Christmas.Dollar Tree ($1.25) for snacks and goodies and fun, and Lidl the single most useful store enabling is to live in the DMV! Lidl's prices are so good, milk at $2.40, eggs $1.35 a dozen, the things you need are inexpensive. It has an auto parts store, a gym, Staples, a pet store, restaurants, all in walking distance.

Rolling Valley, located in Springfield, offers a pleasant suburban living experience. The neighborhood features a mix of housing options, including single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments, catering to a diverse range of residents. The area's well-maintained streets, sidewalks, and parks make it conducive for outdoor activities and family strolls. The community's proximity to essential amenities such as grocery stores, schools, and medical facilities adds to its convenience and attractiveness for families. One of Rolling Valley's strengths is its sense of community. The residents often organize local events, creating opportunities for neighbors to connect and foster a strong sense of belonging. The community's dedication to maintaining a safe and friendly environment contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. However, the proximity to major transportation routes can lead to some noise and traffic congestion at times. Additionally, while there are essential amenities nearby, residents seeking a wider range of entertainment options might need to travel a bit further. In essence, Rolling Valley offers a family-friendly and comfortable suburban lifestyle with a tight-knit community feel. Its blend of housing options, convenient location, and community engagement make it a desirable place for those looking for a balance between suburban tranquility and urban accessibility.

Not the best shopping center, it has few good stores and restaurants. Parking is ample and never full. It just doesn’t seem as good as it was years ago.

One Life Fitness is my main focus here. It's where I run, lift, and swim. As for the shopping center, it is a strip mall. Could be better, could be worse. It's middle ground, and the size is substantial. Parking is usually a cinch. That alone is helpful, as some of these in northern Virginia can be headache inducing. There's a fair amount of choices here. In addition to the most amazing gym in the area, there's a Tropical Smoothie, Anita's, IHOP, Ross, Dollar Tree, Petco, and a few other places. This isn't going to knock you over with its selection. Yet you can get some low cost groceries at Lidl, or maybe get a new car battery at the Advanced Auto store. If you're in the area it works.

Loved living closer to there. Had great times. Went to several of places. My friends visited me allot. I met up with them, after I got off of work. I was glad I was able to join their gym, after they remodeled it. There use to be a binch on the right side of the corner, and use to be a furniture store in that particular area. Also use to be allot older restaurants, store, and now most of them has closed, and making especially knewer restaurants, places especially came around still years ago.I missed all of the older days, especially when I started living closer to Rollin Valley Mall. Yes, it has changed. Atleast a couple of restaurants have been the same still. 1 of the stores there have also been the same. Most of the stores have still be the same and gym is still there. There was only 2 restaurants still the same there at least. But recently since, I only go there on my own, because all of the restaurants shut down.

Nice place for dining and shopping. Parking and the small road are the main issues here. Go early in a day.

Tags were not reattached to clothing that was returned, so then new customers won't go thru all the hassle to find a price, so I didn't purchase some of those items.

Basic subtenant shopping center. Shopper's Food Warehouse. One life fitness. Ross. Small stores that change. IHOP. RESTAURANTS. a bank. It's been nestled in Burke for over 40 years and it's always been just right. Yes, you can drive to Springfield for Starbucks, or into Burke Centre for Kohl's.It gets the job done.Adjacent to the park and ride bus for Metrobus and Fairfax Connector.
