I always come here for my yearly inspections and every time they are reliable and speedy and do a great job. So far I’ve had an alignment done with them and many inspections that were all more than satisfactory. The mechanics here should be recognized for their consistency and great customer service.

After much searching, Parkway Shell is the best mechanic shop in the Springfield/Burke area. Thanks to Dale, Kenny and Earl for their excellent customer service, but more importantly, for their technical expertise in vehicle repair. They fixed an issue that 2 other mechanic shops in town couldn't.
Top diagnostic and repair skills, quick turn around time and reasonable prices - I'm spreading the word!

Been coming here for years for safety and emissions inspections- I’ve always been pleased with their service. They are very good at explaining any issues with my vehicles during an inspection, and the older gentleman that works the counter is so sweet.

Thanks to the guys at Shell, especially Earl who came out in a terrible rain storm and helped me jump my car while I was stranded in the Safeway parking lot. Shell has a great bunch of technicians working for them. Highly recommended shop and fill-up station!

Have been going to Parkway Shell in Burke for Emissions and Safety inspections since they opened as a Shell station. Had been burned previously by recommended work at other locations. There is a conflict of interest set up by the state. Inspections don't pay much so there is an incentive to find something to fix. I've never had a problem with these guys. On one occasion the dealer had cross threaded a lug nut. There was a delay in getting a replacement so they didn't charge me for the new one. For the person who was told they had "dangerously low brake pads.. worst they had seen". VA says more than 2/32", or replace. Any auto repair operation that had been in business more than a couple of years would have seen metal on metal brakes. They'll still stop you, but with more noise than danger. I'd trust the guys who didn't get me to spend more money.

Took car in for an oil change. Noticed a few days later that they broke off a piece of the front of my car. Went back to ask them about it. They denied it. I’ve never been in a wreck and the only way this piece could have been snapped off was with the hood open; like when getting an oil change. I will NEVER do business here again!! They had the opportunity to make it right and failed.

We had work done on our car recently here and will use them in the future as well. Dale was friendly, and helpful. He explained what was being done and was up front about prices. They were prompt and honest.

I have been taking all of my cars here for a decade. Dale is awesome - he's never steered me wrong. I took my 15-yr old FJ Cruiser to Parkway Shell and they replaced the brakes - pads, calipers, rotors, fluid and all for less than the other two shops in the same plaza. And they don't try and sell you on anything you don't need. Dale even once told me during a safety inspection on my Prius that my brake pads were within limits but would most likely not be for next year. That was it - no quotes or recommendation to replace them right there. That's an honest broker. Highly recommended!

I've been going to this station for 10 years getting inspections done...NEVER been taken advantage of. Dale is great! He caught some hidden wear on my tire during an inspection and saved me from having a blowout that would definitely have happened. Highly recommend this station.
