It is chronically short staffed. They make mistakes. They always act annoyed when I have a deposit, and always act like I’m holding up the drive through lane by having a deposit even though there is NO ONE else waiting and if I were to go inside, it’s the same people taking care of my deposit so everyone waits regardless. Very annoying and difficult to work with. It’s partially on the employees and partially on the check scanning device that Truist got a few years back that jams constantly (which I imagine is equally annoying to the employees). Very frustrating. Will try a different branch to see if they have better customer service.

Despite my prior troubles at this location, I've since gone back since it's the closest/most convenient location to me. Noor helped me finally open an account on a Friday. I had to come in with toddler and baby after work since they don't open accounts on Saturdays. I'd highly suggest at the very least allowing limited appointments for customers who cannot come during the week days. Nonetheless, Noor and Hana were very helpful and got me in and out in no time.

They seem to be understaffed. There's always a big line that that moves extremely slow. I need to change Banks...... They are unacceptably slow... I feel like I age a year every time I go.

I have known many of the employees of this branch since it was BB& T. I am shocked by the low rating I saw when I looked up the number and I had to write a review. I have lived in NVA for over 40 years and never have I had better customer service than I’ve had with the associates at this branch. They know me by name, go out of their way to be helpful and they demonstrate great knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend this branch.

OK so the website says they’re open from 9 AM to 1 PM even though it says a.m. on Saturday but they actually close at noon on Saturday so everything is very confusing going from SunTrust to SunTrust BB&T to now Truist bank !? I just wish they could get their stuff together not to mention they found another way to make money on us charging seven dollars a month for a checking account if you don’t have $500 minimum balance or which is better I guess making 10 debit card purchases avoid the seven dollar per month charge

Had a lot of difficulty depositing a check for my mother yesterday. Apparently, during the transition to Truist they have to have an ID present for the account holder to access the account and make the deposit. Not sure why this was not addressed by email, text, or mail which would have saved me the inconvenience of going home to retrieve my mothers ID to complete the transaction as she has medical issues not allowing her to easily come to the bank with me.Staff has also seems to have changed and customer service not present. No apology for the lack of communication or inconvenience. Long time customer, very disappointed.

Worst bank in the world. Don't give them your money. Basic service like a notary, oh no, we don't do that type of service. They are ZERO service, why bother to have a branch when you do nothing. Useless. Ridiculous waste of time to even bother to deal with them, I would give then no stars but that is not possible on Yelp. Customer service - look anywhere but here.

Cash deposit drawer locked up on me 12/24/2020 took the money no receipt or credit to account. Reported to SunTrust takes 10 days to get an answer. This was at the Burke branch on 12/24/2020 1600 hours.

Don't use the ATM Machine for Withdrawal - I went to this machine and withdrew $600. One of the $20's was about 60% making about 40% not available. Suntrust would not change this bill... So I ended up with this $20 and still have it... Also they have changed the staff and now they are rude...
