Pretty disappointed with the associate that offered to help today. They provided inaccurate information regarding the availability of certain plans (i.e. when crosschecked against the official T-Mobile app and website no less) and they expressed some level of disgust that I would consider trading in my Samsung phone towards an iPhone upgrade. This is not what I'm looking for in customer service that otherwise (from T-Mobile as a company) has been reasonable.

The worst experience. I was a sprint customer, and I loved the service. Now I'm a T-Mobile customer!!!!:( ?? Because the store employee changed my SIM card and my data plan, which I did not ask for. My sprint data plan was unlimited and unlimited hotspot. T-Mobile Data plan unlimited is max at 50gb (slower connection speed after data cap) and 3gb of Hotspot. I asked them to switch me back to Sprint's data plan. I was told they could not help me. I have to call customer service. I call both Sprint and T-Mobile customer service and explain the situation. But it was a very frustrating endeavor... Because of the merger, it was not possible for my data plan to go back to Sprint. So I'm a very unhappy T-Mobile customer. Don't tell customers Tmobile data plan is unlimited.

First let me say, if you are a T-Mobile customer please avoid this location at ALL cost!!!!! The customer service is horrible, the agents are poorly trained and honestly rude to say the least. Last week I decided to stop by this store and get replacement screens on 3 of my personal devices. Since I am a mother, I know the value of ensuring my children devices are ALWAYS insured. Initially when I entered the store I was barley greeted by the employees. I figured they were too engaged in their own personal conversation about “firing employees at will”to acknowledge a paying customer. After being recognized the agent that attempted to help me was unfriendly, unprofessional and not knowledgeable about simple task such as a screen protector being placed on my devices. Needless to say after interacting with him for less than 3 minutes, I was told that even though I have the UNLIMITED accessory plan that replacing my screen on my device was “A waste of inventory”. As I explained to him and his manager, I have a PAID plan on my cellular contract that allows me to receive unlimited screen protectors per my discretion. I then acquired about the IPhone 14 Pro Max and asked the agent were any available to purchase. I was told no and that it would have to be ordered and shipped to the store for me to purchase. I told the agent I would purchase the device over the phone from T-Mobile and just bring it in for him to assist with transferring my information from my current device to the new 14 Pro Max. The agent decided to tell me since he wouldn’t get a commission from it he nor any other agent in the store would be able to help me with this process.Through all the years I have been a customer with T-Mobile this is the ONLY negative experience I have EVER received. T-Mobile is a great company with awesome perks and rates and I would hate for such a reputable company to have this dark shadow dimming their professional light. I have contacted the BBB and corporate T-Mobile office (with the agent and manager name) to file a complaint. I would hate for any other customers to have to endure this horrific customer service. Again, if you want quality T-Mobile service please avoid this location and visit a neighboring site.

Great staff I had issues with the store down in old keenmill road. This store was able to finish the transaction that the springfield store messed up on.

Wow, horrified at the lack of customer service. Sorry to bother 7 guys all hiding in the back room on Friday afternoon to ask for a screen protector for my phone and some guidance with a phone number that they issued 2 weeks before. NO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! That was their answer. Then why have the store there at all?They never have screen protectors for my flagship phone, even though I'm entitled to it under my very expensive magenta plan. First they put the screen protector on poorly and when it inevitably failed a few days later and I returned, they said "they" only send us screen protectors when they feel like it. I asked if they would send if a client is requesting it. They said no, check again later. Very professional.I went back for help with their DIGITS app, as I could not navigate it, nor see the number they issued. I needed a knowledgeable person to walk me through it and show me on the phone itself. They told me that not one of the 7 of them knew anything about it, that I should call customer service for help. What a joke.Don't bother going to this store if you're looking for any kind of help or support, they'll be irritated and tell you to call customer service. Sadly, on another occasion, I witnessed a distressed older lady asking for some help and guidance with her phone. They were so rude and impatient with her. I thought of my own mother being treated like that and felt very bad for her. I shouldve known then. AVOID.

I left Verizon over 2 years ago. I feel like T-Mobile cares about their customers. Never felt that from Verizon!

Staff (Man) lacks basic customer service skills. He was extremely rude and doesn’t really know current pricing. Got new line yesterday but canceled today. I do not recommend.

I went into the store to buy a new phone, left wanting a new service. I had already decided to upgrade my old Galaxy 10e phone for the new Galaxy Z. I had all intention of walking out with the new phone today. Poor customer service will always kill a "carved in stone sale". The young man was condescending and made it clear he did not have any interest in helping. Let me give your store some advice. 1. Do not sigh when the customer gives you a phone you don't approve of, like it is a 1980s brick phone. 2. Do not take questions personal!3. Do not begin with all the "deals" my phone is not eligible for, I actually had told you I wanted the phone! 4. Do not tell the Customer that T-Mobile "often sends out false deals on upgrade notices, that is why you need to come into the store!" You had a customer in your hands, no other in the store so you had the time to listen to me, but you chose to dismiss me as some old man that was not worth the time.
