I was unable to resolve problem accessing Gmail on my computer due to Google constantly asking me to re-set my password. Shawn resolved the problem promptly and I am now happy to seamlessly use Gmail on my computer without any problem.

I have used TechMedx for over 10 years. It's probably closer to 15. They were recommended to me and I have recommended them to others. Shawn and Dawn are the best and friendliest people to deal with. Shawn did a great job in reconnecting the cable system with my TV and DVD drive. He also suggested that I use an old Logitech keyboard instead of a new Dell keyboard w/my iMac. That worked out better than I thought, especially given that the Logitech keyboard is wireless while the old Dell keyboard was wired. Hooray, I'm set for a weekend of fun!

Shawn and Dawn are a formidable duo from the initial contact to the finished product (a TechMedX computer) or service. I've paid other tech companies for their "services."
