I have been a client of Shawn's for a dozen years or more. We have gone through four computers together. Shawn has never met a problem he couldn't handle, and I love how he teaches you as he goes. Not only does your problem get fixed, but you learn something in the process. I have no reason to look for anybody else.

Prior to building my computer and back up system, Tech Medx spent time learning about my current computer and the capabilities and functions I needed in my new system. The work was delivered on time and has been exactly what I needed after many years struggling with other systems. After so many years of struggling with Dell sales persons and equipment, I finally work and process my photographs quickly and without hiccups. I highly recommend this company for all computer and technology needs.

These folks are indispensable! I started using their service about 10 years ago, and they have always come through for me. I moved from VA to NC about 4 years ago and have been very happy I carried their service with me. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable, responsive, fast--and inexpensive for what they provide.

This year we upgraded our 10-12 year old AV system as well as the House Wifi. We wanted to continue use of our Logi smart remote. With so many possible "gotchas" with the new FIOS router, smart TV, receiver, and speaker system, I reached out to Techmedx as I have before to get everything connected correctly. Shawn not only reprogrammed our smart remote but thoroughly tested each connection and made some other recommendations for the remote ease of use that we readily agreed to. Shawn was on time and Dawn also made sure that we were informed our his nearly exact arrival time. Techmedx prices are very reasonable and Shawn clearly saved me many hours of frustrating time trying to do this myself and making everyone around me upset. You can't go wrong with Techmedx.

This great Burke business is awesome...if BIOS, SSD, HD, RAM means nothing to you, but you need your computer to work and it doesn't right now, don't waste your techie neighbor's time, and please call Dawn and Shawn immediately. They will take great care of you, to get you back up and running ASAP. Can't say enough about the great service! Superb in every respect!

They never did any work, I never heard from them. I certainly wouldn't hire them. This entire Angi interface is horrible and not user friendly. The categories are arbitraty and inflexible. This was NOT a drain issue, that was the only plumbing option offered.
