I've been dropping off my Amazon returns here for forever (and have never had anything but top-notch service), but my recent experience with using their printing service was INCREDIBLE. Ryan was very patient, answering all of my questions and providing helpful suggestions. I sent the PDFs to him, who reached out with me to confirm pricing before proceeding - in the end, his feedback resulted in a really beautiful program and seating chart at a better price than Staples or FedEx. In other words, I highly recommend The UPS Store on all counts, but especially for their terrific customer service modelled by Ryan.

I had four separate phones to send for trade-ins, and I came in, got boxes for each, and they took care of the rest: boxing them up and putting the labels on. Made a somewhat annoying task much easier! Super helpful and he reminded me to take a pic of the receipt in case anything happens in transit. Don’t want to lose out on my trade-ins! Appreciate all the help!

I have gone there many times over the years. They are efficient, quick to get you in, and quick to get you out. You can't ask for better service and with customer service Disappearing these days; it's great to see someone who is willing to give it, with a smile. They deserve a 5!

Normally pretty good. The closing time means that is the time they walk out the door, not the time you need to be in by though.
I’ve never had someone lock the door and turn people away a few minutes early before today. (Watching a second guy come by at 3:58 now frustrated too)

Nice customer services. Very friendly assistance, but this location doesn’t carry legal size overnight express envelopes. It’s inconvenient because we have to drive to the location on Lee Hwy Road o conduct our business.

The 3 staff members I encountered here were exceptional. The 3 were all needed to notarize and witness multiple documents for me. They did so WHILE keeping 2 registers open and handing off to each other. My documents never sat unattended and the line behind me never stopped moving. It was really impressive teamwork and professionalism.
