I agree with all of the negative remarks. I have encountered the slowest staff, mostly seniors who either do not want to work and wait on you or they are incompentent. I find working with them there are unnecessary delays or expenses with handling my packages going to an APO.

Awesome place, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Specially the Asian lady with glass who collects Passport is super duper helpful. She was even kind enough to fill out the first page for me as I was busy handling my two infant children. I hope and pray all the very best for their future.

Showed them a packaged arrived here and tried to pick it up and this one old guy said the tracking number I showed him isn't a tracking number which it is because it showed the packaged arrived here. It was an over seas package. He does not know what he's doing so I recommend trying to ask the younger looking people for help instead.

Simply atrocious. Went in person for information about changing of my address and received zero help. No one else there and was told to call. So I called and the phone rang for two solid minutes before disconnecting. Multiple attempts since then have also yielded the same result. Horrific customer “service”.

Incompetent and unhelpful. Starting at 8am, package marked "Available for Pickup," but after waiting until 4pm, no package after mailman came by, so before closing I went to pick up as directed, but they said the item was "out for delivery." So, I asked, "why does the website say, pickup?" They explained, "because it's out for delivery." Okay, I explained, "but it wasn't delivered when the mailman came by." They explained, "because it's not here." I gave up, but to this day still wonder, where is my package USPS? Why do you say things that aren't true? You might as well not update the status at all, rather than make up a status that doesn't apply. Absolute absurdity, as the USPS brand is known for that I hadn't experienced in the Springfield area so directly other than random missing days without mail. The loss and lies pertaining to a package after being tricked into wasting over a half hour following their demands is especially annoying and infuriating though.

This place is falling apart. We had an appointment for passports, they called the night before to tell us their camera to take photos was broken and we had to go somewhere else for the passport photos. We rescheduled our appointment and went to CVS. Fast forward a month, the camera is still broken and now their copier is broken. We had to leave to make copies of all our documents at the FedEx, we go back an hour later and while waiting to restart the process we realize the AC is broken too!

Had a passport application to get my passport card here. Waited 2 weeks just to do passport application. Got here, turns out their camera was broken so they had me go down to the CVS down the road to do passport photos. Did that, came back. Lady behind the desk told me my passport book is good for 5 years when it is starting to near expire. Told me how I can "magically" save money. If I wasn't willing to spend money in the first place, I would have never come here in the first place. And in fact the advice she gave me was actually likely meant for me to spend more money in the future. Never coming back to this post office again.

We had to renew passports today and Kimberly had us out in minutes. Very appreciative of her time and attention to detail. She had a great attitude and knew what she was doing.

Was suppose to have a package delivered days ago. Says it was out for delivery, then returned to the post office for pick up. I go to pick up the package. I was then told it will be delivered today. I can't actually pick it up. " Pick up at post office" is the only option for them to pick on the scanning device.. like what. Still no clue when I will actually get my package. It didn't come today.

This has to be the worst post office in America. They screw things up constantly and can never actually help you when you go into the office.
