A 1 star is too high. It's really a zero star rating. I went into trade in my phone to take advantage of a promotion. The store along with Verizon wireless botched up the entire trade in! Customer reps left me for new customers who just entered to store to interact with technician on the phone Technician was asking me questions that I could not answer with the customer. Technician hosed the trade such that it caused more issues with trade in. I have a second appt with manager. Trade in still unresolved.

I was unable to activate my new phone and went to the Verizon Victra store at Burke Centre for help. Jose was very friendly and willing to help, and most importantly knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He called Verizon and spoke with the Verizon rep and was able to tell her exactly what the technical problem was so that she could more efficiently resolve the issue, and it was. There were a couple of periods where we were on hold and during that time Jose looked over my Verizon bills (phone and cable) and explained how I could get more for less. He also showed me a new router that I might consider, given that mine is getting old. I'd felt a bit uptight about going in for technical support but he put me totally at ease, and the next time I need anything re digital services this will be my first stop.

Horrible experience. Wouldn’t give me the trade in phone I had already paid for after driving here after work. Only solution was to go to a different store. Useless staff, horrible customer service.

Ron provided an outstanding customer service experience! He went above and beyond, staying past his scheduled time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process. Despite working alone, he efficiently assisted all customers and ensured everyone was taken care of. Truly exceptional service!

Be aware of this version victra location !!! They are not honest.. they sold me accessories that is almost 350$ my understanding was it a part of the deal and the monthly payment that I am paying is way higher than what they told me..trust me !!! you get surprised on your next monthly bills.
Charging activation fee, store fee and monthly service fees-for my Apple Watches and none of them are linked to any share number .
I asked the young salesman gently to linked them for me since the store already charged us before and service still not done yet. The inpatient salesman “ ALP” keep telling me.. I have to charge you a store fee.. with attitude and front of my kids.. very bad experience .
he spoked with owner/ supervisor.
if you must switch to Verizon - would recommend using an actual company store.
This complaint is going to better business bureau and Verizon corporate.

While the store didn’t have in stock the exact phone I wanted, I did opt to get one they did have since my phone was going to “die” any day now. Greg at the store was very personable and knowledgeable and assisted in the whole process

The young man was very knowledgable and helpful. However, the Apollo Wireless Charger I purchased heats up and also causes the phone to heat up. I don't think that is supposed to happen. I will need to return it.
