“I came in person last week. I'm pretty sure it was the owner who seemed very knowledgeable and was about to close shop and had a few customers ahead of me.
I showed him video of my large wall clock with failing hands and he pointed out a tiny screw may do the trick ?. He packaged the small piece, handed it to me and told me to try and see if this works.
Yup!! It did the trick and forced the large hand to straighten out and it no longer catches on the smaller hand. HAPPY ? this worked.
Charley's is the best. This was my third visit to this store.

Due to the daintiness of the band and diamond positioning, sizing the ring could have an impact on the overall structural integrity of the ring. I was unable remember all the hints my wife has been giving me with enough detail but with both my kids help and amazing patience and kindness from the three lovely ladies at Na Hoku -Tysons I found the earrings I know my wife will love.
Carla was my sales person who walked me through the options and even modeled the earrings so I could better approach the look. Shaista was our best supporting actress who took over gift wrapping duties as well as any of Santa’s helpers and Christi was our cheerleader who kept the mood festive.

“The first time we came, it was 20 minutes before closing time, the staffs were mean, they did not even know which pieces are displayed and kept asking if we returned the piece after trying on. But the next time we came, Nina and Summer are suuuper nice and helpful on giving comments of which piece fits me better and support myself trying on different pieces with lots of patience :). 5 stars are not for the other day i came!”
