This Giant location is a good place to go when you need groceries. The products are at a decent price. The store has organized sections for produce, lunch meats, meat, dairy, ETC. It is kept decently clean and the bathrooms are clean. The employees are relatively polite and helpful. The location of this establishment is convenient because it is near a pharmacy and some restaurants. I recommend this Giant location.

Another fail for Giant! Filled out their online form to get a vaccine, which took 20 mins. Got an email with my appointment details. Ok great! A little while later, I get a call from Giant saying they don't have the vaccine so "try back in a few weeks"! Thanks Giant for wasting 20+ minutes if my time! I'm now going to Wegmans to get it.

What can I say besides it is a regular grocery store. Nothing fancy.... only two stars because I really don't like the layout. It just isn't a logical flow for me. The lighting is also way to dim and can be depressing. I do like the produce section but again, it is way too dimly lit. Employees are friendly but hard to find when you need help. Not my preferred store!

When there is a larger, nicer Giant nearby, who really wants to go to the "ugly stepsister" if you will? Not that many people because it was very slow here on a weekend morning. The store was darker and less modern than the Kings Park location. The floors seemed dirty, which is the worst at a grocery store. One visit here and I'm done-Kings Park it is from now on!

Giant is close by and so I shop there now and then. However, their prices are too high on most items. Even when you see a sale they are higher then say Walmart for the same item.

This isn't the worlds most exciting location. It was hard to decide whether this deserved three or four stars. Al Pacino from "Devils Advocate" on my shoulder, finally made me go with three for average. If you like less crowded supermarkets, this one is pretty sweet. Grocery shopping is along with taxes, or perhaps buying car tires, among my least favorite activities. Here you don't have mobs of people. The parking lot is a cinch to get in and out of. Going through a checkout station is a breeze with friendly employees. The self checkouts still owe me wages and a W2.The close by Kings Park Super Giant has a lot more to offer. With that selection comes large crowds, along with irritated impatient northern Virginia residents. That can be useful sometimes, as long as you got an extra Valium to pop. For general purposes, or to grab a couple quick items, this one will be more your speed. Being above millennial age and set in my ways, the organization here is better than the newer and sexier stores of this now Dutch chain. Goldfinger hasn't appeared yet, but it's a proper place to get some grub. Plus if you piss of your girlfriend or wife, an excellent floral section here.

The Store in Burke Center, and maybe others, has changed the self check out machines to ring up items twice. In the last two occasions to this store it has happened to me. The first time I didn't catch it until I was putting the stuff away and notice that two items that I had one of were on the bill twice. Today it happened again in the store. The attendant corrected the bill, but blamed me for not moving the item fast enough. Totally unsatisfactory. Wonder how much Giant is making off of there unsuspecting customers with this ploy. I'm through shopping at Giant.

Very disappointed with their service. The customer service is sub-standard. After paying cash at the self checkout, the machine jammed and the manager on duty refused to credit me the money I put in. I had to wait 20 minutes while they fiddled with the machine and he wasn't able to fix the issue. They didn't apologize for wasting my time or for the technical issues. They wouldn't let me take the groceries I paid for. He then told me to come back tomorrow for my money. I won't be going back.

Never ever buy ham from this place. I spent 3 hours cooking this ham, Giant brand, and it revealed mold. Thanks for ruining our Thanksgiving dinner.4/2019- made the mistake of buying spiral ham again from this store. More mold after cooking. Two of three hams I have bought here had mold.When I brought it back none of the employees seemed surprised.

If i could give this pharmacy negative stars i would. Never going back here again. Edward Neilson (old caucasian male) proceeded to undermine me and deliberately disrespect me while I was trying to use a coupon on a prescription. He told me about 10 times that I can't use coupons on a federal insurance and I told him I understood and he was insanely rude. I will come back here when they get a staff that actually respects their patients.

I just went in to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I have a health issue that (for the moment) necessitates Medicaid coverage, and the pharmacist was incredibly rude about it. When I gave her my card, she said, "I'm not sure why you're giving me this", and basically made an embarrassing stink about it, in front of a line of customers. I'm switching to another pharmacy that has more respect for its customers.

I go to this Giant as I live across the street from them. I only go there in emergencies and to the pharmacy. Elizabeth in the pharmacy is an angel. She always has a smile and is a go to person. If all the customer service people there were like her. I might stop shopping at Wegmans and go back to Giant. I do find most of the pharmacy staff terrific. Elizabeth is a standout.
