The interior waiting room is clean and spacious, I never mind waiting there on my work to be done. There is a high top table, sofa and chair and a TV quietly playing.”

“The back hatch of our relatively new car was scratched (wide and deep) when the garage door came down it while I backed out. My first estimate was slightly higher than my (relatively high) deductible meaning the insurance would have paid very little. TNT's estimate was considerably lower than my deductible, so it saved it me money, and the body work is fantastic. The paint matches perfectly, and the back of the car looks like new.”

They advised me of the expected arrival time, when I asked if there was any way they could pick get here sooner, they suggested their competition (now that's something you don't experience every day). They were more concerned about me being served in a timely manner than their company getting the call. Nice to see customer service at work in a very competitive industry.”
