“Greeted at entering Bank. Small Town Bank focused on Customer Service. Staff makes you feel welcome. Not like larger brick and mortar banks, where long lines and wait times to see someone are the norm. Has wheelchair access, handicap parking. and drive through. Staff is Customer Service minded first, friendly, well versed on account options. Only negatives are it, closes at 2:00 pm M-F and has no Saturday hours.”

“I would like to commend Brianna Hurd (Banker), Amber Chatham (Branch Manager), and Cindy Gordon (Banker), for helping me through a challenging transaction that involved my out of state siblings. Following a legal settlement, my family appointed me as the point person (to make sure funds were equally distributed among family members). After the funds were delivered to my bank (United), some of my family members changed their minds as to how they would like their disbursement delivered to them (e.g. wired vs. cashiers checks). Needless to say, we had to endure a very time-consuming process to undo their initial choices, and redirect the funds to where they now wanted them. It took over a week to get the process corrected, but thanks to the skills and hard work of these young ladies, all of my siblings are [very] happy!
