Absolutely disgusting service. Checked out refrigerator, ordered parts, scheduled an appointment that was canceled 5 minutes before he was to show, rescheduled another day, no show. Had the nerve to lie to AHS that he was not welcomed in my home. I guess he had to use that excuse because of his no show and cancellation.
I wouldn’t use the company name of tech and probably the owner, michael luca. I wouldn’t be surprised if he made up the good rating. If this is how he treated me, I’m sure others have had the same experience, I wouldn’t use the company, save yourself the headache!!
Don’t even deserve the 1 star!!

I thought I need a new dishwasher it wasn’t heating at all. I called Major Appliances and they came right out. Not only did they fix the problem they saved me money! My dishwasher is good as new again! Top notch customer service, honest and reliable! Thank you, thank you!

Outstanding experience! Our old dishwasher failed yesterday, and Mike found and set up a new one for us this morning. Fast, skilled, and professional. We highly recommend. Good savings too -- we saved a full day and over $100 on the new machine relative to the nearest big box stores.

It was a complete disaster. Man shows up finds out the issue it was a Thursday . Among coming out hes done figuring out the issue he leans back on our counter as my husband is sweeping behind it so it could be put back . This tech decides ok im done im going to leave . MY HUSBAND SAID HELL NO AND MADE HIM PUT IT BACK . Mind you my husband is 6 ft 8 . Biker dude tats all over . Now this so called tech says he will order parts later today . Its takes 3 to 5 business days . But we get a text on Sunday saying parts were just ordered. So heres the first lag . A week and a day later its now a Monday , the parts that came in were wrong . So he says it will be here Thursday or Friday and he was free to come out. Wednesday I call he tells me now eta on parts is a week later on a Thursday but same thing NO CALL NO NOTHING . So that weeken Saturday at the tune of $3300 and all the food we had to throw away we bought another Frig, which is getting deliver Tuesday . Monday this tech calls me and lm telling we parts are here he will come Wed. frig gets delivered Tues . I then get another call Wednesday . Told them if you step on my property again I will call the police , THATS HOW LONG IT TOOK TO DEAL WITH THIS FRIGIDAIRE FRIG A VERY WELL KNOWN BRAND.

Awesome local service company!
In the past 2 weeks had to contact them for 2 different appliance repairs. Michael came out both times and was able to resolve both issues promptly. He had the required parts right on his truck, successfully repaired both the refrigerator and the washer, and was a true gentleman the entire time on both visits
Highly recommend Major Appliance Solutions! You won't find a better appliance repair company anywhere!

A great experience. Almost a year ago we called Major Appliance Solutions. We were lucky that Michael was able to come that same day to fix our refrigerator. He was fantastic. He got right to the problem, fixed the ice jam and taught us the maintenance that we should have been doing all along. He was courteous and thorough. We highly recommend him for appliance service. Does not stand behind his work. Came and said he repaired my refrigerator, cost $325. Stopped working with the same problem less than 30 days later. Mike made 2 appointments to come back and fix it. Both were no show, no call. I had to call to find out he wasn't coming. He now ignores my calls. Totally unprofessional and unresponsive. Took my money and my refrigerator still doesn't work. Buyer beware!

I had the pleasure of having my refrigerator repaired! I am so impressed. The technician, Michael, was on time, figured out the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Then he cleaned up the worksite and I thought the cost was reasonable.
