“My family and I vacationed in Cape Charles the week of 7/24/23. At the end of the week, and backed up to a departure deadline, i had significant and complicated problems with my Jeep. I began calling all local repair shops that a Google search identified. Every single shop I called, EXCEPT PARKER'S, told me they were either too busy to deal with me or not interested in helping me out. “I’m in a touring band and our tour vehicle broke down. The wheel hub was trashed and needed a bunch of different parts to get it up and moving again. The mechanic left the shop to find the part for my car, worked after hours and got my vehicle fixed so my band can finish our tour.
