My husband's son's band 'Can You Dig It’ was playing in the town square in Cape Charles and we found out only about 4 days prior! We quickly tried to find a golf cart as we were going over to Cape Charles from VA Beach via boat… NONE TO BE FOUND! I was beside myself as one of the gentlemen with us cannot walk far… I kept trying and calling everyone and even went on FB and posted a plea! Well lo & behold Diane from Eastern Shore Custom Carts called me, found a cart for us and even tho they generally only rent for 2 nights she made an exception for us to rent for just 1 night!! They delivered the fully charged cart right on time and had us leave it in a very convenient spot for us! We were so totally happy with the great service Diane and Eastern Shore Custom Carts provide I want to shout it to the world!!!

After buying a used golf cart from a dealer in Newport News that they said was a refurbished 2012. That turned out to have more things wrong with then I want to list. Won't go I to the stupidity of the first two dealer I had look at it.
Brought it to Eastern and they had the problem resolved in less then a week (this was in January). The fixed the problems and supplied with the correct serial numbers, for what is a 2007, refurbished in 2010.
Service like this is rare these days

Reserved on a Tuesday and had a blast! Customer service reps were great and easy going. Return process was simple and quick. Had so much fun we wanted to rent again! However, no availability on weekends. We tried reserving ahead of time for Friday morning and were told they had plenty available to just drop in. We did just that and everything was reserved by 10am. Frustrating because we tried to reserve in advance. We planned our day around getting a rental. Luckily, there was another rental company nearby.

We stopped in without a reservation and asked about renting a cart for a couple of hours, they had one left and told me we could have it till 5pm.Great staff and very friendly!We will definitely stop again, thank you!

Yikes! Don’t rent from this place. Check out CC Ryder first. I called Eastern Shore to rent an 8 seater a week before family vacation. The lady on the phone didn’t feel like taking my reservation and said at this time of year rent I g wouldn’t be an issue. Of course, when I show up…no golf carts to be had. The lady couldn’t have cared less.

They are awesome! Our golf cart broke while we were camping and they helped us out. They even loaned us the socket to fit it. Highly recommend them.

We rented a golf cart for our vacation in Cape Charles. The transaction was easy and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely rent from them again.
