I am a local and, unfortunately, had an unfixable/unpluggable flat tire in the inside of my sidewall.

To make matters more difficult, Parker's was able to source a good brand name tire to replace; but I, stubbornly, wanted the manufacturers tire which is far from a common tire and, as I found out later, even the dealer would have had to special order the tire before installing.

In any case, Michael, was able to source the exact same OEM tire; and it arrived ahead of schedule. I then made an appointment to get it installed and, when I showed up, Michael dropped what he was doing, removed and replaced my tire; and I was on my way.
