I have been going to this store since I was weeks old, so I wasn't in the area for a while, but I'm back and I love the staff and the beautiful nail lady, though my owner thinks I don't need to be pampered with a day spa. I am very satisfied with the care and carfulness of how they take care of my beautiful feet and nails. I get a bag of treats for the ride home. Just amazing they always care so much about me and make me feel like I'm the best boy in the world.

Nice little local pet supplies store with a grooming area. Friendly helpful staff that create a welcoming environment when you walk in. Will also make accommodations for you and special order food that they don’t always carry. They’re also knowledgeable about any product they carry and will make recommendations if asked. I’d recommend Pet paradise in Carrollton to anyone looking for pet supplies.

Rude staff! Their policy for nail trims is no appointments, walk-ins only. Called ahead to make sure they were able to trim nails today and was told 2 groomers were in. When we arrived the staff was rude,said we didn't have an appointment and they didn't have time to take a walk-in. The staff and groomers were standing around with no other customers or pets. It was a very odd experience as if they really didn't care about customer service and it felt as if we were bothering them. Unfortunate situation we try to support local businesses but we will not be supporting this one anymore!

Great pet place! Very great staff! This place has alot of great things. Personally it's so popular and growing and I think the place needs to be bigger and more remote parking. Really nice place!

If you have an anxious dog, I'd recommend not bringing them in, or there will be judgment from the staff (maybe an owner).
Other staff has always been great, but my dog was just anxious going in this time.
She's great everywhere else but was having an off day.
Maybe instead of judgment, just try to be understanding.
She's been trained, she's got plenty of things to keep her busy, and she's certainly not neglected like the one staff implied.
Will not be back unless one staff member is not there.

No starsactually. Purchased a pet carrier. Used once and the strap broke. Tried to return it . Owner said i destroyed it and it was full of cat hair. Yes, a cat will leave cat hair. She was very accusatory and not willing to work with me for a refund. Totally lost any future business with me and i will not recommend Pet Paradise.

10 out of 5 stars. Took both of my boys here for the first time for a full groom for my golden and a bath and the works for my lab. They both came home smelling great, looking their best, and in the most goofy moods ever! Will definitely be back for all of my grooming needs.
Their selection of high quality pet products is huge! Definitely worth a stop by to check out their inventory for your pets!

Apparently my dog is scared of the blow dryer so they could not finish. Called me to get him and when I got there I was yelled at by the "owner" because his card wasn't filled out by the last groomer, how is that my fault. Took him straight to a another groomer a friend recommended and she brushed him out used a blow dryer (he reacted like you think a dog would) and made me a apt. Horrible customer service they couldn't talk to me at all the owner just kept yelling after I asked her to stop.

Took my German Shepherd with lots of hair and 94 pounds. Bob did a great job with her. The time to pick up was less than 2 hours. Very happy with my service. The price is the highest I've ever paid. I am new to the area. All previous services were in Richmond. I will return.

I was called to get my dog because he was scared of the blow dryer. The lady who claimed to be the owner raised her voice because they had no info on my dog from last time which is not my fault. The groomer and "owner" had a attitude and talked to me like I did something wrong. I immediately went to another groomer and showed her how my dog was given back to me she put him on her table and brushed him put and got the blow dryer and reacyed liek what you expect moat dogs to react. Made a appointment with her. I don't know what happened w this new groomer but I will definately not be returning.

A great neighborhood pet store. We love shopping here for our GSP. They have high quality dog supplies and the staff are always friendly! We feel very lucky to have such a great store so close to our home. We highly recommend coming here for any pet supply needs.
