Overall, many customers choose this specific location because they find it superior, with service that is heads and tails above others, leading them to use it going forward. The general sentiment is that this store is much faster and nicer.
The shelves have been almost empty for like the past three weeks. I asked the cashier what's going on and she has no idea. I'm done with Rite Aid. I'm going to either Dollar General or CVS until they can stock their shelves again.

It takes days to get prescriptions filled and then they put them back on the shelf to start all over again. God forbid you have a disability and can't get there in the 1 day time frame from the prescriptions being filled and the prescriptions beingreturned to stock. The phone staff is rude, if they answer the phone at all.

Staff is rude and their service is horrible. They were great a few years back, but there are obviously some issues at this location.
