Just started my own policy with them after being on my parents account, have had some issues with switching everything over to my own but they have made it very simple and easy for me. They are always very friendly and polite and it’s genuinely a joy to speak to them. Shearl has been especially helpful and has walked me through everything and clearly explained all my available options, looking forward to staying with them for as long as I can!

Pam and Laura have been extremely helpful and compassionate during my experience with them! I’ve used StateFarm for about 4 years now, after losing my first vehicle I decided to use StateFarm for my insurance for my second vehicle because of the amazing experience I had with this team. Pam’s customer service is incredible, she is always doing everything in her power to help me save money while still having the best policy that fits me! Sherrys team has made me feel that they truly care about their customers, this team is not trying to money grab at you like some agencies do, they are here to help for your personal preferences and needs. I have no complaints with StateFarm, I’ve been in an accident before while being a passenger with a friend of mine who also uses StateFarm. Even then for an incident that didn’t involve my own vehicle, StateFarm was extremely helpful and caring to me and my friend!

Sherry Vincent’s office personnel are always pleasant to deal with. I spoke with Pam and she is very personable. She makes me feel State Farm is the best insurance ever. Pam always is so supportive in helping me find ways to save money. I have talked to her on several occasions. When I called the office I ask to speak to her. If there is something I don’t understand she explains to me. Very Patience. Hope she stays there as long as I need insurance. Great customer service!!

I (thankfully) didn't need to contact them much, they were always quick to take care of anything I did need. They checked in periodically to make sure we had the right coverage and were extremely helpful in explaining the different options that were available to us.
