Continue to have trouble with credit card use and unable to get viable answers on problems with its use??

Terrible bank. The people don't listen, your account gets frozen at least once a week for the most bs reasons, there's so many hidden fees, and there is no upside to using them over, you know, a good bank.

I only use the atm at this bank but it's always easy to get to and I never have to wait long in line
