Been here twice and the guys are great. Very helpful and friendly. Inventory was a little low (looking for some Walnut) but they had enough for what I needed. Best place to go in NVA

I couldn’t be more happier with the quality Eric and his team produced for us. The attention to detail and quality is truly what you would expect and more. We wanted an epoxy style dining room table and benches to match. They happen to have a table already made which we saw on their Instagram and they were able to produce matching benches from the same tree. They made the legs custom and this table and bench combo is truly a life long time piece. Awesome work!

Awesome place. Got my first project piece there and inspiration for about 6 more. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The place is tucked back pretty far, so when you make the turn just keep driving. You won't miss it

This sawmill is great. I had them kiln dry some black walnut. Even though my projects are small DIY, they were friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend Eco Friendly sawmill!

We love our custom floating shelf! The team at Eco Friendly Lumber made it fun and easy to visit their workshop, pick out the perfect wood, and select the finish so everything matches our floors.

Went there to see if I can buy lumber for a wooden fence I'm doing. They don't quite do this, but the customer service was amazing. Keep up the great work. Thank you for your help.

Could not be happier with my custom bar top. Quality was fantastic and so was the price. Working with Derek was great and would recommend anyone looking to do some custom woodworking to reach out.

I have used Russell wood selection for many design projects. From a live edge kitchen island, fireplace mantel, one of a kind floating shelves or gorgeous dining tables. There are tons of wood species and slabs to choose from at his shop. Definitely worth stopping by!

I just received my live edge table from Eco Friendly Lumber and I couldn't be happier with it. I stopped by their location a couple months ago and talked with Scott about live edge table options. He was incredibly helpful. I was able to pick my slab of wood on the spot and 8 weeks later it was ready to take home. Scott was thorough and thoughtful thru the entire process. Highly recommend!

Got this beautiful piece of cherry last year and finished it with some blue epoxy and tung oil. These guys helped us find the perfect piece to finish our project!

Just picked up a big ol' slab of walnut for a home project, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I have no idea if prices are competitive, but wood is expensive, so I'll chalk it up to that. This was my second or third visit, and I'm sure there will be many more in the future!

Excellent customer service and superb milling work at very reasonable prices. Dropped off two massive logs that were 36” x 11.5’ long weighing a total of five tons and the slabs turned out amazing for my upcoming river table projects. Definitely recommend Eco Friendly Lumber with five stars!!!

This review is for a 4' x 4' x 1 1/2" walnut slab that Eco Friendly made for our custom dining room table. We checked a few other custom woodworking shops and were completely underwhelmed by their service and overwhelmed by their prices. One Saturday morning we visited Eco Friendly and met Scott Petercsak. At that point, we knew we were in the right place. Speaking of the right place, when you pull in, it looks like you're entering someone's driveway. Go slow, admire the horses, and 300 meters further on, you'll see the kiln and sawmill. Wear your boots, bring your coat, and prepare to be amazed. This is a serious operation. Scott showed us at least a half dozen wood choices: walnut, oak, poplar, chestnut, it's just amazing. We chose two 8' walnut slabs. In two weeks, Eco Friendly cut them down, edge-glued them together, and finished them beautifully into our tabletop for $1200. We did not want live edge, but - if you do - they offer countless live edge options. In addition, Scott and his crew seem capable of designing and creating just about anything you can dream of.
