“I am not a regular patron of this particular post office, but the times that I have been here, the service was quick and parking is ample. Aside from when this one is closed an hour for lunch, this is a far better choice than standing in line for 15 minutes at the Haymarket post office.”
“Small, full service Post Office. Had a package containing lithium batteries that had been rejected with conflicting information twice at a nearby CPU in my hardware store. The Postmaster himself at this Post Office was manning one of the two stations and spent time looking up the regulations, making calculations and labeling so my package could finally be mailed. Thanks! Great, pleasant service!”

“Well here I am reviewing a post office ? It is a small location, but that means it’s rarely busy. The shining star are the people who work here. “Going postal” now means kindness and being helpful and making someone else’s day easier when you don’t have to. Even though I’m in Middleburg, I come to Aldie because they are just so much nicer to everyone”

“Thank you for the comment saying GPS will take you to Marriott, but go across the street instead. This is the bldg # if it helps. There is a bell you need to ring when you arrive, so they know you are there. Also, Chaneisha was amazing and helpful!”
“Shannon was amazing this morning. She helped us with our passports without hesitation and guided us smoothly through the process. Thank you so much. You’re an angel. Then Tamika also was incredibly amazing. Helped me when I had a random stomach ache come on. Great people working at this location. God bless you guys.”
“Stopped me from sending my passport to the wrong address before I could even pay for it, they just knew it by heart. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking.”
“The three post workers I have seen working at this location over the years have always been respectful. Some customers ask them to go beyond their job specifications. Most often they try to help and sometimes they are so busily overwhelmed, they can only try their best. You give them respect you get respect back.
I am grateful that they recognize me as a frequent patron. They have allowed me to acquire my heavy packages past the side blue door. They have never in the 10 years of PO Box rental ever sent any packages back to senders. I fill out the proper paperwork online to let them when I go on vacation. They know my box may become full and hold my mail until I return.”
“Mark actually picked up the phone and found my express letter that was sitting in Dulles distribution center for the last week. I was calling all the numbers for the Dulles distribution center and no one bothered to answer . Tracking was not useful at all. So when I called my local post office and Mark found the letter- it was immense relief. Thank you!”

“Tucked away on a side street I've never been on I had to use Waze to get there. Even then I took wrong turns twice before I found it. Anyway I finally found it. There was one other car there. I walked in the first door. Its a lobby area with po boxes. To the right is a second door. This area has mailables both envelopes and boxes. I stood in line and waited for a worker to come out. She was cordial and greeted me with a warm smile. I had a mailer which she processed then gave me a receipt. Since this was my first time there I asked if there were other post offices in Manassas Park. She mentioned there is a drop off facility on Euclid Avenue, it's not full service. I thanked her for the information.”
“The service was excellent. They give me a very good customer service and I really want to thank Sushmita. She’s going above and beyond to help me with shipping my packages I want to thank all the managers there for their support and understanding.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Ping and Tara at the USPS office! They truly go above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. Not only are they incredibly helpful and efficient during regular hours, but they even took the time to assist me after the store had already closed—something you don’t see every day. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to their customers make all the difference. USPS is lucky to have such outstanding employees who genuinely care about the people they serve. Thank you, Ping and Tara, for your incredible service!”
