I cannot say enough great things about Ping and Tara at the USPS office! They truly go above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. Not only are they incredibly helpful and efficient during regular hours, but they even took the time to assist me after the store had already closed—something you don’t see every day. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to their customers make all the difference. USPS is lucky to have such outstanding employees who genuinely care about the people they serve. I’ve been to several of the post offices in the area and this post office is the best of them all! It is the only one that I have found to have excellent customer service. Each of the postal service staff members have been extremely kind and helpful. I will only use this post office due to the customer service here…they are wonderful!

Horrible service / worst post office in the area …. The “manager” is terrible and will try to over charge you based on how you look . Very judgmental and unprofessional.

I drove out of my way to come to this PO because of all of the great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed!! The woman working the desk (maybe Cathy?) was wonderfully helpful and nice. A great experience!

A small, cramped facility, but the knowledgeable & helpful staff make up for that. Just keep in mind that they close for an hour during the day for lunch, as do many of the small, rural post offices in this area.

The absolute best post office of all time. The best people work here, and they are super nice. They are not your typical post office employees that don't seem to be having a fun time. They love their job, and I love that. It is awesome coming here.

This is by far the smallest, the most friendly staffed, and reliable USPS Post Office I have ever dealt with in the. Keep it up ladies, you're doing an excellent job. I plan out my commute to ensure my packages are always dropped off in Catherpin. It's incredible how important it is for a post office to have caring and friendly staff.
