“Kudos to the employees at this post office for their patience. I came in for a passport appointment today and received excellent service. During my appointment, two other customers came in with certain complaints.. the employee handled both sooooo patiently. The first, customer had written the wrong zip code on her package so it got returned. The employee repeatedly explaining to the lady the issue and why it got returned while lady kept arguing for over ten minutes straight. I was getting frustrated just listening to the lady argue over the same thing consistently while the employee remained so calm.”
“Sapna was absolutely amazing! We showed up right as the store was about to close, needing passport photos, and instead of turning us away, she went out of her way to help us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made the whole process so easy. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right, even when she didn’t have to stay late. Her professionalism and friendliness made all the difference. Thank you, Sapna! Highly recommend her if you ever need passport photos or anything else!”
