Worst place I've ever been too! My nails look horrible. Had to wait almost 45 minutes because they had to call a nail tech in(on a Monday). I got dip powder on my real nails no fake tips and it was $80

I was very well taken care of. Lee is so sweet and gentle. I'm 5 months pregnant and she took her time with my nails and pedicure massage. I was in heaven.

They do nice work here, keep in mind each of my appointments for manicure and pedicure took 2-3 hours.I received nail services from them 4 times and was charged $120 and gave a generous $20 tip. I was surprised to hear that when someone else came into the shop they were only charged $85. After leaving my appointment I called the shop the next day and asked for the price of the services I received and found that it was indeed $85. I texted Lee asking her why I was charged $120 and she said my pedicure was $52 and my manicure was $68. That makes no sense when I only received polish, no design, no special spa treatment — plus don’t people typically charge an even number?My guess is I was charged more possibly because of the ring in my finger? Needless to say, I’m not returning because I felt disrespected, the services take a long time, and you get lukewarm water for the pedicure with cold lotion poured on your legs. Not worth it in my opinion, I will look elsewhere.

Reported for fraud and taking money under false pretenses. Purchased gift certificate in mid July and never been able to use it. They are never open. I have been there different days -times and no one is there working. Their door and website has 10-8 but they are closed. Today is 8/30 and here at 5:00 pm. Again no one here working/closed. I am reporting as fraud since they took money for gift certificate. I want my money back so I can go elsewhere.
