Discount Tire is a fantastic company and this location is a great example of that. I first interacted with Discount Tire in Knoxville, TN when I had a flat tire on a family trip. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service I received and the way the store operated. I vowed to always use Discount Tire if I had the chance and now fortunately they opened a location here in Roanoke, VA. When you visit a Discount Tire location the first thing you realize is that they focus on customer service first and foremost. When you arrive at Discount Tire you are greeted in the parking lot to see how they can help you. The staff is always very friendly and approachable. They realize that when you give the customer a great experience you create a customer for life. Patrick at the Cave Spring location is fantastic and has been very helpful while I figure out what tire and wheel combination I need for my 1968 GTO. I cannot recommend Discount Tire enough. I won't ever go anywhere else for tires.

Excellent customer service! Staff is knowledgeable and professional. I needed some Nitto 555Rll's mounted on the rear wheels of my car. I did a quick Google search and they were the closest shop with good reviews. I scheduled an appointment online the day before and they were ready for me when I arrived. Thanks again Discount Tire!

I had the most amazing experience at Discount Tire and wanted to take a moment to commend them on their exceptional service. I went in to simply have my tires checked for a low pressure issue. Their team member Alex was exceptional. He immediately assisted me (in the rain), and just delivered an 'over the top' service experience. His passion for his job was contagious and he really made a difference. Thank you, Alex, and thank you Discount Tire. You will be my 'go to' choice for service in the future.

Got a complete set of truck tires here, go see Alex if you need a good deal on tires. I called ahead and the tires were held for me that I needed. Brand new facility. Very clean. Top notch service and state of the art equipment. I had to wait longer than they told me for my service so they offered me a discount and new wiper blades for free. That's quality service!! Great overall experience, will be taking vehicle back for free rotations for the life of the tires.

I took my cousin's car in for 4 tires and a new set of wipers. They gave me a veterans discount, and service was completed in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all questions. The prices were reasonable.

The staff at this location is amazing. From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you are greeted by helpful and friend folks The waiting area is inviting, clean, and modern. I had them move tires from my old wheels to new oem wheels that I purchased. I received the wrong TPMS sensors with the wheels, but didn't realize that until after I was on my way home. After trial and error to find the right ones, they graciously installed the correct ones once I was able to locate them. This store is about 45 minutes from my home, but they are well worth the drive. I intended to use them for all of my future tire needs.

Their employer was professional and knowledgeable. I have been a long time customer with Firestone. In my recent visit and other visits - like so many corporate businesses today they treat you with little respect and curiosity. The employee at Discount Tire treated me like businesses and people did years ago...like they cared about your concerns.

Showed up for new truck tires and was immediately helped by Patrick who certainly knows his trade. He price matched the tires I was interested in, and they were installed within 1 hour. When another customer walked in behind me, Patrick paged someone who arrived within 30 seconds to help the new customer. This was an ideal experience at a tire shop.

While traveling out of town we got a flat tire. Thankfully Discount Tire was nearby. Patrick took excellent care of us and got us back on the road very quickly.

I was so impressed with their customer service. I've been to a Discount Tire before and was pleased, but nothing like this location. The representative came right to the door, opened the door, and greeted me. I've never seen incredible customer service at this level before. So so impressed!! Will come back again.
