The staff is great! I've had issues of my own making (i.e. locked out of car) come up twice while here, and the staff have been very helpful both times, beyond what their job requires. Also, the wash itself is good with a variety of options & free vacuums.

Took my completely undamaged three year old car through the car wash last night, and because I pulled forward to vacuum it out after I didn’t notice that whatever was stuck in there machinery had ripped the paint off the front of my car on the hood and left about a dozen little dings around it But there’s no phone number or no way to contact anybody and their sign doesn’t say anything about whipping the paint off my new vehicle. I understand that I probably have no recourse with these people since I noticed other reviews, have similar complaints but I’m now I have to pay for this but people should know. Absolutely ridiculous. Clean your machinery people!I’m sure you’re insured for things like this even though you’re trying to skirt responsibility of it. I’ll make sure everybody knows to just stay home and wash their car in their driveway rather than destroy it at your car wash.

Good job on pre cleaning of cars. Car wash working well. If they did not close on cloudy days it would be appreciated. My car gets dirty even on cloudy days. They may improve in this regard when new car wash opens at Cave Spring corner. Competition is a great time for business to practice some self reflection on its service quality and consistency.

Mostly good service, they really do their system well. If it's busy might miss a spot or two, but overall no issues. Free vacuums.
