They were great! I drive Uber part-time so they worked with me to minimize my downtime. They did excellent work and I would highly recommend them. The manager and all the workers that I talk to are very professional and friendly. If I ever have to go back to a body shop it will be Sandrof.

These guys (and gals) are top notch! Will definitely use them again. They did me a HUGE solid by driving my car to the Ly’burg branch so I didn’t have to. Also, they finished the work earlier than planned. Plus, any shop that has a cat in charge is ok by my book. Make sure you meet Mimi!

Sandrof is excellent! I had a deer hit the front of my car new '25 Rav4 hybrid and they fixed it back to showroom quality.
Their customer service is excellent, and David kept me informed as the repairs were done which lasted a little over two weeks.
I was concerned about the paint since it is a pearl white color, and they matched it perfectly. They take time to explain everything in great detail , and from the moment I took my car by there to get an estimate, I left feeling very confident this is the place I wanted to take my car for repair. I highly recommend you taking your repair needs to Sandrof on Merriman Road. You will not be disappointed in the results. Thank you David and all that worked on my Rav4 ! Thank you for returning my car spotless as well. You guys are awesome ! !
