On this post office trip, my wait was not long, I was assisted by a smiling and efficient postal staff who completed the postal needs in an efficient and fast manner, and thoroughly explained all processes. Great service from a friendly staff person!

It would be nice if somebody answered the phone someday instead of the recording that automatically sends you into never land. If they do not want to talk to anyone, just say so.

Live in an apartment complex received a knock on my door. It was the mailman who dropped off 2 packages. Apartment number is clearly on our door. It was for my neighbor 2 doors down. Mail carrier does not read the address. They just drop the mail off. Have lost mail and packages and even checks that were sent. Something needs to be done

Horrible people and horrible service. The men are especially awful. Needs to be trained but then can you fix stupid? Possibly not!

Pitiful customer service. They NEVER answer the phones. Employees are rude and obviously unhappy with their jobs. Manager placed a restriction on my mail delivery claiming I have aggressive dogs. FALSE! a substitute carrier had no problem leaving a package at my door (which would have easily fit in the mailbox at the roadside) while the dogs were outside which allowed the dogs access to very important tax information which the pup thought was a great toy! I filed a complaint and now my mail has been restricted. The dogs have NO access to the mailbox. It's a good 25 feet from their containment parameter! I'd post a picture if I could.

I was supposed to get a package delivered in 03/17 it was not delivered then they say they will deliver it on 03/18 and I work from home so I'm home all day. they say they came at the door no one answer while it is not true I could see the car next to a house and he did not came to the apartment building then today 03/19 I saw 2 car I try to ask the Guy he was rude pretend he was speaking with someone on the phone while I have been filming he wasn't speaking to no one and just left he did not delivered no package

The postal carriers today 1/7/25 decided apparently that they didn't need to deliver the mail to Stratford Village,Lee Hy Manor or Brandon Point apartments because the driver came up the hill on Stratford Park Dr and turned around at the top and went back down to Brandon Rd I guess I'll have to call again to complain about drivers not wanting to do their job.

Every time i have been the man working named shane is disguting to customers. He is so very unprofessional. Words could not describe how rude he is to customers, more specifically elders, and people who don’t speak english super duper well. Disgusting behavior for someone working in customer service.

I am newer to the area. I went in to this location to send a package. I first got the price from the rep for 12 dollars and some odd change plus the cost of the materials. I then go back up front with the materials and the product to be shipped and a different rep tells me it is 81 dollars and he knows nothing about how the first rep calculated it and was too busy to ask. I know things can differ from rep to rep, but 12 vs 81 is a huge, unacceptable difference.
