Sales aren't all that great. I'd say it's hit or miss on the item. I seen a few articles of clothing I purchased at a regular Belks and got the discounted/clearance price that was better than what was at the outlet store. It's a good option for if your in the area & need a higher quality item compared to other stores available nearby.

I went into the Belk outlet for the first time, in a long time, on Oct 30th. They have straightened that store up a lot!!! It's a lot cleaner than what it was the last time I was in there!!

Awful store in an already dead mall! Every time I come in they have a poor young woman completely ALONE!! in either store! So unsafe! Their managers must not care about these young women at all! I’ve even come in and seen groups of what I assume to be managers standing around and laughing while these poor girls are working! Absolutely awful conditions for these young women to work in!
