“Can’t thank Rachel at this Enterprise location enough for helping me out in a difficult situation when the SUV I rented in NY for a mission trip to WV suddenly started leaking oil. She went above and beyond to hold a vehicle for me and try to arrange a delivery to the remote location where my team was helping repair homes. Rachel came through big when the roadside assistance hotline was absolutely no help. I was able to get the original vehicle to her (keeping a couple quarts of oil in case), and she had the new vehicle waiting. Thanks to her, our Appalachia Service Project team was able to work at full strength for the week and do some badly needed repairs on a family’s home.”
