“I was visiting for a week and needed a gym. I am a heavy lifter so there wasn't a lot of weight to aid in me keeping gains consistent. However, the limited weight and equipment would not stop the average person. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is enough their to hit any body split or muscle group. The place was not too busy any time of the day during the 5 days I visited. Also of the 3 fitness places in the area it was the only one staffed consistently in accordance with the guidelines given by the owners. The only markdown dealt with parking being not the best and my own personal preference toward cleaning the equipment.”
