You get a call center that knows NOTHING about your account and will put you on hold for 15 minutes to gather information. Each person you talk to has a different answer. Wait time is up to two weeks to get fuel or longer. Everyone you talk to tells you something different. Or they will ROB you to pay $300 for urgent service. Just DISGUSTING 🤮”
