Totally sucks! They lost several of my packages that I never received! Top it off and my package was in cedar bluff for 3 days.. approximately 8 miles from my home.. So .. Why does it take 3 days to drive 8 miles? UPS YOU SUCK!

I know one of the driver helpers, she stole one of my packages yesterday when delivering to my house so be careful guys. If management sees this I want them to know her name is Zoie
