I see 2 employees. Both are busy, I give them that and they sound very polite. I have been waiting over 30 minutes without any acknowledgement whatsoever and that bothers me a little. Make that an hour only to be told they couldn't help me

There is a girl there her name is Hannah she was very helpful she even toke i upon herself to clean out my charging port and helped me by giving me a walk through on how to work the claim section since I didn’t know the pin for my account and showed me how to get the PIN number my personal opinion is if you go in this particular store try to make sure she is working she will listen to you and actually help you out even if you are like me and not technologically savvy

I was in verizon today. I had a lot of questions about a new phone. Hanna helped me. She was very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and could not have been nicer. She answered all my questions and helped me decide on a new phone. I would actually give her more stars if I could. Customers service is more important to me than price or anything else. This young lady went above and beyond! Couldn't recommend her more!!

The girl that helped us was wonderful!! My daughter broke her phone and it hadn’t been backed up in over a year and she was worried we wouldn’t be able to get her pictures bc you couldn’t even unlock her phone or see the screen but the girl who waited on us kept trying several different ways and was finally able to retrieve most of the pictures for my daughter…she also was very helpful in getting me what I needed without trying to over-sale me
