I love the products they sell here. I use them for all my life. The reason I couldn't give more stars is that this place never opens on time. After waiting for 10 minutes outside, finally I called and asked if they are still running the business, the clerk told me she was 3 min eta. Disappointed.

I of course lost my foundation somewhere god knows where with my momnesia. I looked up a Korean makeup store on google and found this gem. Theres plenty of parking in the parking lot so you shouldn't have too much trouble with that. I walked in and was greeted warmly by the cashier. She asked if i was looking for anything and I told her i needed a new foundation. She patiently helped me pick out one that matched my skin tone. I ended up getting the ihope brand foundation thats a cusion foundation. She was very helpful in helping me pick out a lipstick/tint. I signed up for rewards and they even gave me some good samples to try out and told me about all their promotions in store. Thank you guys for all the help, ill definitely be back!

I walked into this place yesterday. The lady at the counter did not acknowledge me since she was helping another customer. Fair enough - no issues there. After the customer left, I asked her if she had a couple of items to which she responded - just these - and walked back to her counter. And I proceeded to ask for a cream and she came and put a tester on my arm and walked back to the counter. I just proceeded to look for stuff myself and picked one out. In the meantime there were 2 korean women who walked into the store. As soon as they entered, she greeted them in korean and asked what they need and continued talking to them for over 5 minutes. Only after they asked for something else, she came back to the counter to check for them and I finally got to check out. The racism is intense. Just because I am not korean or white (I'm Indian), I was treated that way. And while we as the AAPI community ask for the rest of the caucasian community to stop being racist to us, we should take a page out of our own playbook and stop being racist first. I will never go back to this place.

I love this store! The customer service is great, which really means a lot being black. When I went in there looking for a cushion foundation, the employee was very helpful in matching me and did not discriminate. I especially love coming here for lip products and face masks.

So this place is pretty nice on the outside and the inside. The staff is really friendly and willing to help as soon as I walked in the door. The skincare products are the best, they offer a lot, iope, Mamonde, Laneige, and sulwusoo. I ended up buying over $200 worth of products because the people were so helpful and helped me find the correct match for the bb and cc cream. I am in love with this store, it is my new favorite korean skincare place, I like it more than besfren, the face shop, and tonymoly. I like how they are opening more shops for the brand. It makes it convenient to buy non harmful cover up make up and skincare! I can't wait for next time!

Nice, helpful staff helped us today. My friend needed recommendations on good sunscreen. I recently used a sample/travel size face wash from IOPE and love it. This place happened to carry their products so I bought a full size. Also got a sample of the Laneige water sleep mask. I've used this water mask before and it's great, super moisturizing.

It’s a pricey but it’s worth it. The products are quality. The customer services is amazing. You get free samples too. I love them. Koreans are know for their skin care products.
