Loved the customer service at this AT&T store! Lexy was fabulous to work with and made buying a new phone so easy! She was personable, knowledgeable, resourceful and a pleasure to work with! We greatly appreciate her support! We hadn't been to this store in several years, so now we will definitely return 😊!

All of the ATT staff were so helpful. Arnold and Lexi were great. The reason that I’m doing this is because I pushed unsatisfied instead of very satisfied. They were definitely 5 stars.

I went to the store to get a charger and was greeted warmly by the new store Manager Sammy. He was awesome. He helped me choose the best cable for my phone and went over my options for getting a new one. Even though the store had a few other customers in it, I did not feel rushed because Sammy took his time. This was a completely different experience than I have had at this location. They really got a good one with Sammy. I will be coming back with my family and friends for his assistance and expertise!

Great service! JP helped my family out with upgrading 2 phones, adding a new line for our son, and transferring all data to the new phones. He even stayed late to help us make sure everything was set up up properly. Greatly appreciated!

I came to this location because I had an issue w my phone, I was assisted by Samuel & his team. My problem was addressed and fixed super fast They were all super professional & also informed me on upgrades & promotions I could take advantage of on my plan. I would deff recommend coming here and plan on returning for future upgrades.

If I could give this store 10 stars, I would! I was such on a time crunch and the new manager Sammuel was such a huge help!! He got my new phone set up for me after telling him I was in a rush. He was super attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable it also helped that he told me he had a lot of experience. Thanks Sam!
