I found everything I was looking for at cvs. I had a problem with my credit card for the newMachines. They helped me at another machine and the card went through. Great customer service.

Impossible to get through to the pharmacy. Was discharged from the hospital last night and now 14 hours later my medications still aren’t filled despite this being a 24 hour pharmacy. I’ve been trying to get through to them all morning. I was on hold for 30 minutes and then 5 seconds after someone answered was hung up on. I’ve been on hold another 20 minutes now in agonizing back pain because of this pharmacy. I would drive there and talk to them in person, except every time I go there it also takes forever just to speak to someone. I know we’re all busy and understaffed but an hour on hold just to tell them I’ll pay for the medication out of pocket if they’ll fill it sooner is ridiculous.

It’s funny how every time I come at night the drive thru register is broken but next shift it’s miraculously fixed. This is happened five times in the last couple months. It’s pathetic. Don’t apply for a job if you’re not willing To do it.

Update: I called in to corporate to inform them of the bathroom issue. I truly hope that they pay prompt attention to this matter for the health of their employees and us, the patients.I want to show the employees of this location some support while also acknowledging that the service is often subpar. I feel like the pharmacy staff are just always slammed, never have enough help, and are always in a rush- mainly because of they're incredibly long lines. My biggest issues is actually not about the pharmacy at all but the fact that I had to use their restroom today and it is just disgusting. Smells bad, looks worse than a gas station and the poor staff have to use this everyday. For goodness sake- give your employees a clean bathroom! (That would make me feel better too, since they have to use that nasty bathroom and then come back and handle my meds. ) Do better for your employees and your patients!

The night time pharmacist was able to accommodate my request and filled my kids prescription in 15 mins. Very helpful

The only reason we go to this CVS is because it is 24 hour and close to our house. But their service is very bad. Few years back they even gave wrong medicine to my son, luckily he checks every tablet before taking it so he noticed the tablet had some other number written on it. We contacted the pharmacy and they apologized, thats it. Who was responsible if my son had taken that wrong medicine.Their service is always slow. A lot of the time their drive through is closed and when it's open usually they person there will not understand your name and you will have to keep on repeating it. Why don't they make it simple, when someone arrives give them a paper to write their name and date of birth or show it on their phone.Last time I went there to pick up my medicine the person on the window kept on saying the medicine is not ready, although it was showing their app that it has been ready since 1-2 days. I asked her to call someone else, pharmacist came and checked and said it was put under my wife's name by mistake. She asked me to drive around and come back in 10 minutes so that she can fix it. I said it is not my fault so why do I have to wait. Why can't I just pick it up and then they can fix it in their system, but she stressed that she has to fix it first and then I can pick it up so I have to come back in 10 minutes.Their service is like that since few years.

What the hell did you do to your phone system? Used to just recognize my number and tell me my prescription status, now I gotta sit here and tell it all my info and hope the voice recognition understands the ridiculous medications names. So so much worse I'm baffled someone paid for this

Every time I go in there's literally nobody at the front and no self check outs. I stand there for about 2-3 minutes until someone stumbles out of the back. Very strange.

If I could give zero stars I would. Idk who picked up the phone but she was incredibly insensitive and she was so rude on the phone to me and my mom how are we supposed to know how this works I’ve been in the er all day and I need my medication she was genuinely beyond rude I’m amazed I hope she gets fired because I know I’m not the first to complain and I will not be the last.

Ive been going there for 15years. I have Ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis from neck to feet , crohns, spinal stenosis,cervical kyphosis & lordosis. Bone spurs everywhere. Yet, they will not fill my pain medication script thats been the same & same dr. This makes zero sense. Pharmacist is just plain cruel. bet she laughs as I cry from pain. I just wanna work & be w/ my niece. Im sorry the med that allows me to have some quality of life is Percocet. Theyre evil???. Wyleen hates me. Shes head pharmacist. Kevin is so mean. There's no reason for it! They talked to my dr & he cut quantity to 40. Now they're telling me its 30 or below. Whos making all these decisions??!Everything within them is a battle that ends in me crying. I have the medical records! Im not eating bc of them or sleeping bc im so upset

THE worst service I’ve ever seen at a CVS Pharmacy!! Shame on you CVSMy time is valuable, too.We need to stand up to these big corporations. They’re so greedy!!!Hire more people in the pharmacy.

This is the slowest and least professional cvs I've ever been to. Pharmacists and helpers are just plain rude. You may be on hold 30 minutes or more and to actually get a medication after it's called in I was told "maybe a couple hours." Hire more and better staff please!

If I could give 0, or negative, stars for this location, I absolutely would. I've never had a good experience with the pharmacy, and have had medication shorted, and they said since I walked out the door with the medicine, that there was nothing they could do. I fought with the corporate office, and escalated it as high as possible, and the final resolution was that they would refund half the cost I paid for the prescription.Now, I'm being told my medicine is not available, when I called CVS Caremark directly, the pharmacy actually hung up on the agent I was on the line with after 25+ minutes of being on hold. Even the Caremark lady couldn't believe it. 15-ish minutes of holding later, and we finally got a person to answer. They said a 30 day supply, out of an original 90 day supply, would be ready in an hour. I'm here, after waiting 4 hours just in case, and it's now magically not in stock anymore. I've had it with this place, and highly recommend no one waste their precious time with this horrible location.

Don’t make an appointment for vaccinations here. Always behind. Always 30 minutes or more late. Poor patient service. Pharmacy is just as bad. System is broken.
