I got minute clinic at CVS for ear wax removal.
The appointment was on time.
After doctor or RN saw me she said that there is not wax, and let me go.
At home I use 4 Qtip to remove
Wax. The foto below shows that I did have wax and that she failed on the diagnose.

Anytime you go inside to pick up your prescription (that you’ve been notified is ready for pick-up) you’re waiting 30mins at a minimum. There was one time I walked in and there was puke all over the floor and no one doing anything about it…. The staff is clearly over-worked and stressed out and some are questionably competent for the job. The pharmacy apparently ran out of the brand I need for my medication without notification and told me it was discontinued and to go to some other CVS. I realize the decision to discontinue brands is out of the employees hands but it has never been a good experience at this pharmacy. Other than that I like the fast text notifications when your prescription is ready and the website has a lot of options to manage your prescription

I regret that I have to go here simply for the sake of the 24-hour convenience. In every other way this CVS Pharmacy is exceptionally frustrating, especially the long wait times at the counter.

Thank you to the young man in the George mason sweatshirt tonight and the worker at the pharmacy register initially. You guys are great communicators and I appreciate your help. Reviews give this place a bad rap when it’s not deserved. ;)

Open 24 hours and the medicine was ready by the time we drove from the doctors to the CVS. Very pleased!

I've lived in this area since 1998 and this has always been my go to pharmacy. Today, at the drive through, I dropped off a pain med script for my 11 week old kitten who had an injury. I waited outside with the kitten in my car. I waited for 30 minutes, no text. So I went inside, waited in line for another 15 minutes only to be told to wait in the drop off line (another 10 minutes) then to be told that they had not entered the script because they did not have the meds. I went next door to Walgreens, who had the meds but they close at 9pm and did not have time to fill the script today. Because CVS did not have the regard nor courtesy to tell me, as soon as they knew they couldn't fill the script, I'll have a kitten in pain all night. I'm so upset at the situation.
This pharmacy used to be the best; smart, caring and efficient. Now I feel that I, and anyone who wants reasonably good service, should avoid this pharmacy. In the past 27 years, I've had hundreds of scripts filled and bought countless OTC meds and sundries at this store. I can't see ever visiting again unless it's a dire situation that requires 24 hour service.

If I could give 0 star I would! The pharmacy at this place should be closed! I came from the emergency room with my daughter in pain and these guys kept sending me from pickup to drop off desks I finally gave up and wend home with my baby girl manging the pain on my own the best I could. The next day I receive an SMS stating that the medication is ready to pickup. I went back and same thing! The lady at the pick up desk: I can't help you go to the Drop off desk! The drop off desk: She should be able to give to you. Pickup desk I have the medication but you need to go back lining up at the drop off desk. I finally gave up! I hope they will eat the medication! I will find an other way to take care of my kid. Very sad that such a bad service can be allowed when it is people health and wellbeing in line!

I've been getting all my prescriptions here for a little over a year. I've kept my concerns to myself and just sucked it up cause I don't like being perceived as a "Karen" but tonight was the final straw. You guys do usually have stuff in stock which is good and your staff is usually pretty nice in person. However, it is impossible to call if you have a question. I have waited patiently on hold for 30 minutes or more usually once a month or more in the past year only to be hung up on and had to call back and do it again several times. No one on the phone has ever been remotely nice. They make you feel like you're bothering them. Now you have to leave a voicemail which I did tonight. The guy who called me back just now rushed me off the phone and clearly would've rather been doing anything other than listening to my questions. I literally had 2 questions and he wouldn't let me finish a sentence and just said "do you need anything else today?" And I told him I did but it was obvious he didn't have time or feel like answering my questions and he said "ok" and hung up. Seriously? So sorry I took TWO MINUTES of his time while I asked 2 questions. Coming there to pick up my orders....oh my gosh. I understand being short staffed but I DREAD coming to pick up my meds because it's annoying to stand in line for up to an hour. Half the time the drive through is closed. On several occasions I've seen team members just chatting with coworkers with zero sense of urgency. Last time I was there I asked the pharmaict to please cancel 2 prescriptions they refilled despite my asking them not to be filled previously. It went in one ear and out the other and they filled it the next day anyway. This has been an ongoing trend. I've asked for all my meds to be taken off autofill but somehow it keeps happening. All the things I mentioned should be unacceptable to management but no one cares. It's so frustrating. I know times are different these days, but I miss when businesses valued you choosing them, and cared about your time and treated you like a human being. It would be nice for someone from corporate to address this feedback, but I won't be expecting it.
